Awesome experience in this super fun friendly environment, great recommendations and customer service paired with awesome vibes from our personal artisanal desert makers ; Lizette and ivy kept a smile on even though we brought a late night last minute rush with us during last call closing time! lol 10 out of 10 would recommend!

I will say, as a business owner myself and have worked many years in many business, I have noticed that a lot of times the employees at this establishment don’t open on time, I noticed the times changed to 3 to 10 so went at 3 got there and was already 3:05 and tried to go in but was still locked and not opened, not until I left around 3:10 that’s when the signs finally turned on, so to me I’m just a little confused of how the management on time works there. Do the employees have to be there at the exact time of opening and then set up and then open? Cuz if that is the case then understandable but still frustrating a bit. But other than that the ice cream there is very delicious and one of my top spots to go.

came for the first time with some friends and it was great! customer service was good and the ice cream was delicious and decently priced. would recommend!!

The people are nice but the ice cream does not taste good. It’s like freezer burnt idk how to explain it but it’s not good tasting ice cream. It’s unfortunate.

Employee in red shirt over complicated my order. I arrived to get a coffee ice cream with chocolate shavings. She ranted on to get Expresso bowl. I insisted I didn’t want the rest of the ingredients on that one. To which she then insisted on getting a Chocolate Protein Bowl instead. I said I didn’t want chocolate ice cream I wanted the coffee one. She insisted on getting an entirely different bowl from the middle screen. Same story for a simple brownie. She didn’t hassle me for a Matcha though. I was going to buy 3 ice-cream bowls but ended up leaving with one instead and she asked her coworker to hand me the ice cream. Her coworker ignored my Thanks. I do not understand what went wrong in this occasion since I was not rude nor disrespectful to any of the employees but it was a horrible first time experience.

Love this place! The flavors are really good! I occasionally get the crepes here as well.

If I could leave a 0 stars I would because of the customer service. Two girls that worked the closing shift were very rude and unprofessional. As a military spouse who isn’t from here and decided to give the place a try, I’m very disappointed in the disrespect that I received by those two girls. To add on to that, they were passing one of the girls cell phone (who was mopping) to each other while making my ice cream.
