I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience at the east side location of Fahrenheit. When I walked in, I was left waiting for at least 15 minutes before I had to make a phone call to the front desk. This lack of attention to customers is unacceptable and could have easily led to theft from the register. Furthermore, I observed the employees wearing AirPods and exhibiting rude behavior with disgruntled expressions on their faces. This type of customer service is unacceptable and reflects poorly on your business. I highly suggest that you hire individuals who actually want to interact with customers and are not just there for a paycheck. Thank you.

CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TRASH! Some of the girls there are very rude, seem lazy and bothered when people go in. DO NOT GO HERE! Ice cream isn’t so good anyway!Edit for response to owner: The ice cream was actually good but it makes it not worth it when you walk in and the employees are in a bad mood and don’t want to do what they’re paid for. Look at other reviews, I’m not the only one saying that. It seems like a consistent problem. I would love to go back but won’t because of the service.
Service here is garbage. The kids that work here make it obvious they hate their job when costumers walk in. Also, not sure if they are supposed to bring the ice cream to you or they yell in such a little place for what is ready because they've done both. They pick and choose who they want to provide good costumer service to. Costumer service goes both ways and if your costumers are being nice I recommend you do the same. Quit your job if you hate it!

I went to this ice cream shop and I had the Pina Colada rolled cream which it was delicious! This was the first time tasting the rolled ice cream. Also, theyoung ladies in the front were very nice. I will return back to taste the Mangolada ?
