Burrito truck sold me a Mole burrito with a huge piece of glass in it. I could have broke my tooth, and I cut my mouth. 1 hr later the cook an older woman came in with the empty mole glass container yelling at me saying it wasn’t broken. The entitlement she had coming to my work to tell me she didn’t do it. I told her I didn’t care how I got there, but it was in there. This place is awful the number in line 422-2007 go straight to voicemail you can’t even call to talk to the owner to tell him what their employees did. I called the lady that sold the burrito and told her what happened and she didn’t even get back to me. This is an awful place. Thinking of suing especially because nobody has called back to see what happened and the audacity of their cook to come to my work is unacceptable.I just got a call from a young lady. Threatening me. At this point this is harassment. No appoliges were given. Someone from your restaurant came to my work slamming jars on the counter saying they weren’t broken. I don’t care how they got broken. There was glass in the burrito. And the fact that you come to my work to make a scene is unacceptable. Point is I have cut my mouth because of this, and seems like nobody cares do not ever harass me again I will take legal action if I need to. How dare you come into my work. That is unacceptable

Taco plates were cold, had to send them back. Tacos came back and they were so greasy they needed an oil change. Waitress apologized stated cook didn't come in and owner was cooking. We will not be going back. Always looking for a new place to call my favorite, this is not it.Thanks for responding. When the tacos came back they were oily, bland with no flavor. Yes we ate the tacos as we were hungry, but everything, beans, rice we're nasty. Expensive for 3 tacos. We should have left as opposed to giving you a chance to correct the problem. Not to worry, we won't be back and I'll be sure to let my friends know.

I have been here quite a few time already , i seem to always leave on a good note. the service is amazing the ladys are always so kind to us. we have never had a bad experience at this location. me and my boyfriend got a large menudo, huevo con chorizo burrito , chile relleno burrito and a chicharrón burrito. everything came out great.

I ordered the green enchiladas and let me tell you I couldn't eat them they were so spicy and I love spicy food but man!! I only ate two bites and told the lady they were to spicy and she brings me the ticket still charged me full price and didn't even offer to change them for something else. The rice and beans are very bland. I wouldn't recommend this place at all.....

The Ham and Egg Burrito for $2.50 would have satisfied my wife and I easily! I wish I would have taken a photo but it was so good it didn't last very long. We will definitely be back on a weekend and try their menudo!

My parents and I were amazed at not only the quality of food, but also the service. We had the pozole, menudo and chilaquiles. Authentic Mexican food ! I cannot recommend this place enough! Such a warm and welcoming environment!

I love the service for delivery the girls that work there are really nice and super recommended there Aguas Frescas with a free glass cup!! Awesome stuff these guys are great ??

Horrible Burritos with no meat at all and $4.00 I got an oatmeal and bread was not even toasted. We buy to help the lady's but really owner should give a better decent burritos.

I'm so sorry that we went to this place. They had no one there and now I know why. First of all cafe de la oya was NOT cafe de la oya. It was instant. We were polite and didn't mention it til after we got the food. Once the food got there man o man. Not a good thing at all. The chilaquiles were horrible. They used a paste instead of tomato sauce or even fresh tomatoes for the sauce. The flavor was horrible. My wife ate 1.5 of the eggs ordered because they were COOOOOKED not over medium. I kept it simple and ordered a bean and cheese burrito BUT even that was a challenge because the flour tortilla was the worst ever. If you're going to have nothing but time on your hands; maybe some homemade flour tortillas would have made the over salted beans taste good. Now on a positive the green sauce with the chips they served was the best part of the start. Unfortunately, it ended as it started. Fantastic Mexican Kitchen should have been called Not-Fantastic Kitchen. The decor is awesome and inviting once inside but they don't even offer regular sugar for the coffee only the pink generic kind. Three thumbs down out of two.

Should of read the reviews first. Horrible burritos! Green was just a mixed potato with little bit of meat. The carne asada burrito was full of nerves and not able to eat. I asked for beans on them and they forgot to put some. (Take out) no napkins no salsas. First and last time I go there. ????

This restaurant has a food truck that goes by my job everyday. I've complained about the burritos de verde, that they don't have any meat it's practically all potato. After several weeks I decided to try again and ordered another verde burrito and I guess customer satisfaction isn't their priority. My burrito is all potato.
