I bought a banana split, asked for no strawberries and told them I’m allergic to strawberries. They said no problem and then proceeded to hand me a banana split with strawberries hidden under the whipped cream. I didn’t notice until I had taken a big bite and tasted the strawberries! I wasn’t looking at the banana split because I was driving so I just put a spoonful in my mouth at a red light and now I have a rash all over! Allergies are a serious issue! I am definitely not going back anymore!

Tried to order three things and they were out of everything just tried to order a regular burger combo and they tried to charge me $16 and then told me it’s because I’m ordering two when I never asked for two I just left without even ordering anything because if they can’t even get this kind of information right then I’m pretty sure when I got my food it would’ve been messed up to Sucks cause this place used to be really good but I guess the new management ruined it

I guess ever since they changed either management or owners this place has gone down. Sorry fast lane this was my favorite place for about more than 10 years. Guess I'll have to look elsewhere. The people taking your order are in a hurry like if there is 10 people behind bit there is Noone elsewaiting. Past 3 times get order wrong. This was a certain disappotment.

Tried it for the first time. Terrible!!!Fries were burnt and soggy. Burger was TINY, can of soda barely cold. Rolled tacos were absolutely terrible. The place is completely filthy and dirty. Save your money.

Ordered 3 combos and they didnt get my fries for them. Let them know and was told id have to go back through the window when i had already waited 40 minutes. Great food but service has gone down the drain. Got home and the receipt in the bag wasnt even my order to verify if i was charged correctly. Lady taking my order was busy talking so i guess messed up my order.
