Best burger place in NE El Paso, better rolled tacos than Chicos too

BUSINESS HOURS OPTIONAL! Fat Bear is run by people who do not care about their own posted hours. Place says 9PM close time, sign on the door says 'Take-out only past 8:30'...goodluck! because there is no take-out available! Showed up at 8:30 exactly (for takeout) knocked on the door, place is full of employees cleaning up to go home 30 MINUTES BEFORE posted close time! Worst part is, instead of opening the door and acknowledging me as a person, a customer of many times, possibly apologizing for closing not 10/ 15 minutes early but HALF AN HOUR early? I was waved off like a stray dog. I hope they aren't getting paid everyday until 9 because closing 20-30 minutes early every day will add up! If you are the owner of this place you need to do something about your management, OR CHANGE YOUR HOURS! If they can't stay open until 9 then post closing hours as 8:30! Don't waste people's time, and gas to come out to a business that can't even hold up to its own set hours. This place makes me disappointed beyond belief because the burgers are actually fantastic but terrible management makes for a bad business no matter how good the food! Burgers? Amazing! 5 stars! Customer service and management? Beyond beyond terrible, is there a negative stars??

Found this place by accident and I’m so glad i did the chile con queso burger was delicious! We live all the way in Santa Teresa and we’ll be coming over here often to eat from now on it was so good i definitely recommend this place to anyone.

Quite the spread. Rolled tacos in soup, Jalapeño popper, fish tacos Carne Asada fries and Chase’s for long chili dog. All tasting fabulous. Could have eaten at our BN Staff’s potluck but needed to spend some bonding time with the son.

A great place for a quick bite. The chili dog is absolutely delicious. Their rolled tacos are very good as well, especially with the green sauce. Great service, and the food came out quickly.
The staff and food is great. A little pricey, but worth it. Well at least until the owner steps in and starts bossing the customers. We just avoid her.

Enjoyed the visit, they had just open so the place was empty and clean. Went to town on a double order of rolled tacos in red sauce(chicos tacos style)and a big ole burger and fries. The rolled tacos are good, but not great. Try them for yourself, the fries are the only thing I didn't enjoy. The burger was delicious! Can't remember what they call it but it had onion rings and bacon. All their burgers look delicious. Only other issue was the no ice in their drink machine, even after another customer had already told them. I would go back. Support local!

Food is always delicious. Like that they have a variety to choose from. Always get my food in good time. Wish they gave more a little more cheese when ordering rolled tacos to-go.
