Went today (8/6/22) and it was the absolute worst! Called to order ahead and they rudely told me that they can’t start my order unless it is paid for first. I explained I didn’t want to give my information over the phone and would like to pay cash. Again she says she can’t start my order till I’m there de the purpose of calling ahead. Once we get there the little girl looked so uninterested in helping us and was so confused about the register and asked someone for help and they looked just as annoyed. Gave them the cash to pay and my change was ten cents and they couldn’t figure it out. Once we got home with our order it was horrid. The junior hotdogs literally two slices of wienes and that was it. Bread was hard and crumbled. When my son reached for his nuggets they were burnt and hard to the point that you couldn’t even crush them in your hand much less bite into them. The sodas that we got were all syrup to the point we threw them out. It’s such a shame this place never use to be this way, but it’s safe to say we won’t be back and will tell everyone else to stay away from here.

There are nothing but kids that work here, but they slay. Best place for a burger and/or rolled tacos hands down. Always on point and the kids that work here keep it persistent. I dont know what theyre getting paid per hour, but can they get a raise?

The food is good here, however ever now and then you'll get 1 of their off days, BUT with that being said, they are one of the friendliest places to go eat at and if your food is not up to your liking, they fix it immediately. And very apologetic.

After waiting 20+ minutes for my order, I get home to open the stapled bags to see that I did not receive all of my items. I try to call the number that's posted and it's not even a working number! This location is randomly closed on multiple occasions as well so making the drive to them can be a complete waste of time and gas! Why have a number that can't be used for issues like this or for people to even check if you FELT like being open on whichever day of the week it is!? I will NOT recommend this place nor will I be returning!!

His last time, disappointed in the fact that I placed a delivery well b4 closing and yet my order was cancelled with no explanation. Other than that, the very 1st time ordered was pretty good. Tacos better than Chico's.

The bomb!!! I love me some Fat Bun. Like many El Pasoans I was a lifelong Chicos fan. However the past several years the rolled tacos were very hit and miss there. This is why I love Fat Bun so much because of the consistency of their menu. My family and I go weekly and are never disappointed.

We finaly decided to try this place. We sat at the table when some mocosa in pajamas walks out of the kitchen gives us a dirty look. A few minutes after they tell is the place is closed. I was like why did you let is come in, sit for like 10 minutes then tell us you're closed.... And this was at 7:56 pm, your posted times of operation says you all close at 9pm....I figure there was probably some confusion when closing time was, or even a change in hours. BUT to have someone in the kitchen in pajamas, that's down right sucio....
Doesn't look like much a definite hole in the hole but I wasn't to surprised with the burger it's an ok place to eat but I wouldn't recommend it

Tried the rolled tacos for the first time and I must say I like them better than Chicos tacos. The manager is also super nice and welcoming. Can't wait to go back and try other items on the menu.

I always loved eating here. Yesterday 4/21/22 i decided to order burgers and rolled tacos for my family. Im not a big fan of the rolled tacos. they taste off and smell odd. well today i now know why. I poured the tomato juice in a bowl to make it easier for my daughter to eat her meal. it was left untouched for a few mins while i was getting everyone elses food separated and this is what i came back to. So much oil was used. its disgusting. everyone who ordered the rolled tacos just ended up throwing it out. it was a waste of money. Never will i be going here again.

The young lady that took our order and served us was amazing. She was welcoming and friendly. She got our food order correctly and served us just as fast. I noticed she kept asking the guests and ourselves how we were doing and if we needed anything. Great professionalism. Definitely coming back. Thank you Fat Bun. Additionally, food was delicious. We used to frequent the Fat Bun on Yarborough and we were disappointed when it left. Only to find out it had relocated to Lee Trevino we had to make the trip.
