I have enjoyed feng cha for quite awhile with my family. The drinks are tasty and the cakes are delicious. However, feng cha has gone down in quality management-wise. The ac has been broken for a few weeks, to which the employees have to leave the door open because it’s so hot. This allows for bugs to come in, which is honestly disgusting. Who knows if those bugs are contaminating ingredients, or getting into people’s drinks? I can no longer enjoy feng cha knowing that there might’ve been a fly on my boba. Not to mention the employees look miserable in this heat. I’d rather take my business to a clean environment without having to stress about contamination. It’s also difficult to stand and wait for my drink in there because it’s so disgustingly hot.
It’s horribly hot in there. I was sweating just waiting 10min for my drink. The workers look miserable too. Someone needs to fix this AC!!
Workers are not happy. The AC has been broken for over 3 weeks now (I go at least once a week) and it has not been fixed. I’m surprised this place has not been shut down for unsafe work place
Workers looked miserable as the AC has been out for over two weeks and I don’t blame them, this should’ve been fixed ASAP since it is still summer in Texas. Disappointing from a management perspective.
Was ok
Very bad service he got my order wrong made me paid extra to fix it and when I ask him to put it in a cup where he can seal it he said he has to charge me more for the cup
Worst service!! They pick and choose which drinks to make instead of first come first serve!! Waited 25 minutes for one drink with 4 people working on making drinks!
my first time here and it was great! very calm and quiet boba place! you self order and they call out by number. Lady up front was nice:)!
Tonight was a rather interesting experience… the girl working there tonight actually told everyone, “we are now closed so you can all leave.” Rather firmly and in my entire life I have never heard anyone be that rude. I hope the owners read this and address that behavior STAT.
Said they wouldn’t serve my coffee as a frappe and threw it away. First time and Never again! Worst customer service experience! 👎

Amazing boba with so many options✨️ The staff is so kind. My favorite is the mango fantasy with lychee and oatmilk!
Love it!
To Bonnie: I was there and saw the whole thing. I agree that the have the best boba teas and it is a cute place. It is unfortunate to find out it what the owner manager who was tending to you. I did see him annoyed with your request for assistance. Generally the staff there are really nice but his attitude was very unpleasant and definitely unwarranted.
This is the best boba place in town and we frequent it very often. The drinks are great, the place is cute and clean and the employees are nice. This review is about the owner/manager (I think he's the owner because when they first opened, I would see him there all the time. I hardly see him anymore.) They recently got a new app - luckily, all the reward points transferred over. I mistakenly redeemed the wrong type of reward and was trying to figure out how to fix it. The last time I went in to ask how to fix it, the employee didn't know how and said the manager wasn't there. So I tried again today because the reward was going to expire soon. The employee said she was new and she would get her manager, who I think is the owner. Without going into the all the details, the owner was so rude to me. He seemed angry as soon as he walked up and didn't smile and said that the app was new and he didn't know either...which is fine if he doesn't know, but be kind about it. I was happy to pay any difference in price, but I didn't want to redeem an item that I wouldn't drink. It was obvious he just wanted me to go away and did not want to help me. Since I have a lot of points, I am clearly a repeat customer...that's how you treat a loyal customer? If you are an owner or manager of a business, customer service should probably be a skill that you learn.
Terrible customer service. They made my drink wrong and then blamed me, refunded me, and told us to leave.
