Absolutely delicious! I've tried their short rib/ mushrooms pappardelle and it was one of the best Italian meals I've ate.

Jesus was just amazing. He treated us like family. I was so comfortable and didn't want to leave. The food was absolutely delicious.

The waiter bragged about being the best Italian restaurant in El Paso. I certainly hope that is not true because the food was barely edible. The “braised short rib” was dehydrated and the pasta was not properly cooked. The “focaccia” was a plain, bland bread roll with bland unsalted butter. Overall, hugely disappointing (especially given it was our last date of 2025) and we will not be back.
For a hotel restaurant I never try to have high expectations these days but squishy crème brûlée, and terrible service for sure is never expected. It’s also the fact that they weren’t busy, but took forever for all transactions

We've been here a handful of times and the people are always very friendly. Tonight our waiter, Ivan, was exceptional and Chef Brendan came out to greet us. A wonderful experience and delicious food.

The service was great, our waiter was very attentive, and gave great food recommendation. The tomato basil and Chef's choice pasta was so delicious. If you come here I would recommend La Dolce Vita for a sweet cocktail.
Italian diamond in the sea of El Paso restaurants! Highly recommended. Shout out to Ivan our server. Impeccable service and attention to detail was on point. Homage pastas were flavorful and infused with pairings. Decor is tasteful and understated.

The restaurant has a good ambience and surprisingly good food for a restaurant located in a hotel. The mushroom risotto with truffle oil was delicious, the Caesar salad had the right amount of tartness, and the salted caramel gelato was to die for. But The real star of the evening was our server Ivan. He was professional and knowledgeable, and very pleasant. We would come back solely to have Ivan take care of us again.

It’s a hotel restaurant, so we appreciate its great location & hours. Food was exactly what we wanted. Ivan, our server, MADE our experience! What a fine meal with excellent service… Thank you, Ivan!!

Really good food but they place was dead. Maybe because it was a Monday?

Food was far from expectations. Pasta was dry, presentation was terrible and portion sizes versus price
The space is horrible, the food is spectacular. Pastas made from scratch with a local twist

To call this an authentic Italian restaurant is to call Taco Bell authentic Mexican. I have stayed at this hotel dozens of times and eaten here as many. The service staff have always put in a good effort but the food quality, flavor and variety is seriously lacking. I just ordered the ribeye steak and forced down half of it. Seriously poor quality and bad seasoning. There is potential here but management needs to get serious about quality ingredients at the very least.
