Firehouse Subs The Fountains

Walked in at 11:35am for lunch. Nobody in line and walked up to the cash register to order. 3 employees making sandwiches. Nobody taking orders. Noticed about 6-8 people sitting at tables waiting on their order. None of the sandwich makers looked up from their current task. One walked past the cash register, but never made eye contact. Waited 4 minutes (I timed it……that’s a long time just standing alone) and left. Went to Jersey Mike’s….immediately created when I entered, 5 employees making sandwiches and executing a precision process. Sharing so hopefully the owner hires a manager……might have someone with that title, but believe me you don’t have one. You have a great product, but get staffed appropriately with the right people. It’s costing you money, so I promise it will be worth your attention.

What a fantastic first experience at Firehouse Subs at The Fountains in El Paso, all thanks to Tyler! I popped in today, my very first time trying a Firehouse sub, and I can confidently say I'm officially a fan. Tyler was incredibly helpful and welcoming, which really made the visit enjoyable. I decided on the Cajun Chicken Sub, and let me tell you, it was absolutely great. The flavors were spot on and it was cooked perfectly. I'll definitely be back for another!

Already waited 30 minutes (and counting) for 3 subs in a half empty restaurant....incredible.
Eyes hurt from heavy smoke in the air.

My wife went in to get us some dinner while I showered after work, when she came in with our subs and when she opened her box is looked as if someone had thrown food in the box and called it a sub. Her sandwich completely fell apart the moment she tried to pick it up. Extremely disappointed and upset my wife

Worst service ever. Went in for a quick sub on way to appointment in ElPaso.. 40 minutes later still waiting on sub. Employees very rude.

I had such a great experience thanks to Orion! From the moment I arrived, they were incredibly attentive and made sure everything went smoothly. Orion went above and beyond to ensure I felt welcomed and taken care of, checking in at just the right times and handling everything with such professionalism and friendliness. I was charged 5.93 for tips that I did not authorize when confronted the cashier he talk to the manager her reply was that had disputed with my bank because they couldn't refund me the tip
