WC men/woman not working and water is coming out of restrooms doors. Customers can’t wash their hands.

did a pick up order to be ready at 12:30, got there shortly after and was told they hadn’t even made the order yet due to them not having an ingredient for the sandwiches, figure i would’ve at least gotten a phone call? waited another 40 minutes for 3 sandwiches WITH 3 sides, and one extra..

only received one side, went back in and told them they only gave me ONE side, waited another 15 minutes for them..

i just got home and am VERY disappointed with the order.. half of the biggest sandwich had NOTHING in it. that’s super disappointing considering it’s almost $17 a sandwich.

definitely won’t be coming back.

(I’ve been here waiting for so long i had time to write this review)

I ordered 2 small sandwiches in person to go, at 1 today didn’t get them till 1:30, cold and hard as a rock. I could have made the bread, grown the lettuce, pickles, and grilled the meat in the time it took them to get 3 orders out the door. Whoever the manager is here needs to step it up and square your team away. Y’all act like you’ve never handled 5 orders before, standing behind the counter looking like y’all are stuck on a trigonometry problem instead of slapping together 6 items to make a sandwich. That ain’t right.

The food is good, the employees friendly but the time waiting for your is horrible. 30 minutes for 2 sandwiches. Ridiculous. Everything is already prepped. It just needs to be assembled.

Orian thank you again for a the great customer service! Your hospitality was refreshing during my long busy work shift! Food was great the Jamaican Jerk Turkey sandwich is my fave! Great chips selection and drinks selection! I been here while it’s super busy too so to those employees in the past thank you as well for making sure I got my food.

Kean, Brianna, and Orion, were very kind they each greeted us when we walk through the door. I had a very hard decision to make between their classic turkey bacon ranch and their new item the Thanksgiving turkey club. With the help of Orion i decided to go with their new item. Which was the best recommendation!!!! It is a must try! Thank you guys!!

Horrible service! No sense of urgency and after waiting more than 15 min I asked for my money back after I was told the bread was MOLDY! The “manager” that was there yesterday, I did not catch the name but we were there around 3:35 pm and 4 pm, was not the nicest either. Remember employees reflect from their manager so makes sense why that team is HORRIBLE! I think THAT manager needs to be replaced.

It seems to be severely understaffed right now. I went for lunch and it took 40 minutes to get my sandwich. That's way longer than a sit-down restaurant.

The dining area was also dirty, which I assume was also a staffing issue.

Placed an order online at 12:26pm, app said it would be ready at 12:40pm. I go inside at 12:45pm and alot of people are waiting inside for their order. I tell the cashier I placed an order online and they all seem clueless. She told me they are still working on it and it will take 10 more minutes. I counted 11 customers waiting. It actually took 18 minutes. Slow service.

Probably The Best Firehouse Subs I've Ever Been Too. While Out Visiting On Vacation I Had The Luxury Of Coming To This Wonderful Establishment. Food Was 10/10 And Everyone There Had A Sweet Welcoming Personality. There Were 2 New Employees & You Could Tell They Knew Exactly What They Were Doing. I'm Grateful For This Wonderful Experience I Just Had. When I'm Back Visiting In El Paso, I'll Definitely Be Back.
