Order guy was distracted taking order, the time it took to get items reasonable. Price seem to be high. No receipt given or offered. Purchased a pickle bucket
But still. 60$ for three sandwiches, one double meat. Showed retired FF
I.D
No way of knowing of applied or if still offered. Place was clean Restrooms clean. Over all fair experience.
Nothing like when first opened.
Time to try Jersey Mike's.

Don’t eat here. I ordered a meatball sub along with an Italian and they cut the meatball first and then the Italian. Needless to say the Italian had marinara sauce on it. It was to go and did t realize it until I got home. Called about it and the guy said other would replace it and he would “write my in for down”. . I come back to get the new sandwiches and I speak to the manager and she said there wasn’t anything annotated and that it wasn’t enough marinara for her liking anyway. She was very unprofessional for being a “GM” and of course very unsympathetic. I wouldn’t give them any business with a manager like that. Just my two cents. It’s not like they are giving giving food away. We pay for it and we are customers who pay for your salary. You can at least pretend to give a damn.

I got the New York Steamer.
The bun was great, golden and crispy on the outside, fluffy on the inside. The meat was pretty good quality.
It was a little heavy on the mayo for my taste, it covered the flavour of the meat a little, plus the mustard should have been more fowarded than the mayo. Otherwise, a pretty good sandwhich.

I should've paid attention to the sign out front. No white bread, only wheat. No large sandwiches, only small or medium. No carbonation, so no soda fountain. Restaurant was not clean, music playing was very vulgar rap music, couldn't believe what I was hearing, cashier was whisper quiet when asking for my order. Not what I expected from a Firehouse Sub. Very disappointed.

Unfortunately, Firehouse Subs is one of those establishments that you can NOT visit after a certain hour. Arriving just after 6:30pm, some sandwiches become unavailable, but that’s okay, any sandwich here is a good sandwich. With my meal, I was offered the side pickle and given my drink with a bag of chips. The Coca-Cola freestyle machine was out of everything! Certain brands were blacked out, and the ones supposedly “available” only dispensed club soda with coloring, and the employees kept selling meals without warning customers that they had no drinks other than crusty syrup water. When I received my meal, fortunately the sandwich was good, but the side pickle I paid for was a sliver so thin you could tell they split a regular side pickle into two, they could have just said they were out of pickles. And the environment was bad the music they had blasting was horrible, they had a bunch of teenagers on aux, and all the tables were dirty along with everything in the restaurant including the soda dispenser caked with stains. For reference, the restaurant closes at 10pm. Don’t visit this restaurant after 6pm! I paid 30 dollars for a horrible experience.

It's never busy and they take for ever to acknowledge you and make sandwiches. This isn't the first time this happens

I was there on the 2nd of September and I think that I may have to drive out to George Dieter to that location next time I go as the sub that I had this time did not measure up. Beyond that, the cashier did not enter my phone# as I requested so my points were not recorded. By the time I realized that issue it was beyond the deadline to add them yourself. I did complain through the app and they did give me 500 points as a courtesy but that falls short of the 2100 it should have been. I may have to try Jersey Mike's instead. Firehouse used to beat them but now?

I’ve been waiting for 30 minutes. The workers avoid eye contact. Finally I went up as a could see they were all confused. They gave my order away to the wrong person. So I now have to wait twice as long and now someone is going to get home upset that they got the wrong order. I love the sandwiches here but man I swear these guys always take forever and mess orders up. You guys need to fix this.

Went to pickup an order. While waiting in the pickup area, saw an employee drop a piece of bread and put it back on their toasting station. He did not throw it away. I let the manager know immediately and the guy denied it. Manager told me they would review the tape.. still kept the bread...

I was so happy to see a Firehouse Subs in El Paso, the Italian was excellent! Service was ok... only because I compared it to the Firehouse Subs in Colorado... I always felt welcomed by the friendly staff who were very engaging.
Service was the usual for El Paso, the staff took my order, made my food, not engaging or that engaging.
