Its 6pm on a Thursday and I have been waiting 20 minutes for 3 subs. Staff is slow joking. Asked me twice what I needed.... seems like they haven't even begun on the order.
I ordered one of the small sandwiches and it wasn't cheap....put some meat in it for Pete's sake!

The store at the fountains is awesome. I have been there four times and always had good food and service. They have a good crew that works well together and for the customers. Its why I will always come
Why not go to firehouse subs and while you're doing that they are donating to our firefighters here and El Paso I give this place five stars because the subs that they have are all delicious pick one and you will not be the underdog. You'll be the happy dog for trying their subs, give this place five stars great customer service and it is very very comfortable to eat and enjoy my brothers

I love their food and have never had any problems until tonight. My boyfriend had just ordered a sandwich from Uber eats. I wanted one too so I quickly ordered one on the app and called & asked them to just add it to his Uber eats order. She said that she would do that for me. Then our food gets to the door and my sandwich wasn’t in the bag. We drove there and I told them my sandwich was supposed to be in the bag with my boyfriends order. He completely ignored me and just asked what my name was for the order, I took the sandwich and left. I used to work at one and my request was simple, I’m never ordering from this location again

Worse customer service in El Paso. All the time they had the chairs over the tables, my niece needed the restroom, they said is close, 2 hours before to close the restaurant and they didn’t want to open the restroom for her. We won’t come back at this location, NO accessibility to wail chair.Really very bad experience there.
