always low on supplies for sandwiches
You can’t even get your combo meal because the drink machine doesn’t work, you can buy a bottle drink because they’re out.
No point in having this place up, always say they’re missing a bunch of things

Entered, no greeting, standing at counter, approached by an extremely unfriendly male kid who had a name tag that read smiley. Greeting from smiley was "How can I help you" in a very monotone unfriendly way. I believe smiley can't help his rudeness because he was probably never taught how to be kind and professional and / or the management is too weak to correct him.

Placed an online order and recieved the wrong sandwich. Contacted customer service because they don't answer the phone. Recieved a call from a manager a day later who said they would replace it but to call ahead first. We'll I did that and they didn't answer finally later I called again and was placed on hold for 10 mins and forgot about

This is the worst managed fire house subs I've ever been to. Music is to loud, service is horrible, do not come here if you need to eat fast. Their ice machines never work, they are always out of soda..... employees look like they are homeless and came from the under pass down the street. I hope corporate sees this cause this place is the dumps. Didn't used to be this way.

Over 45 minute wait for dine-in. Told employee we’ve been waiting and seen other parties served before us, no verbal response, just a head-shake. Order was completely wrong. I understand there’s reason why they make sandwiches for a living but COME ON. 1 star.

There is a lack of communication amongst the employees and management. We ordered a M Italian with extra meat - no where on the menu does it state the prices or that there is a difference between extra and double meat - they also notified us after making the sandwich that they didn't have anymore salami. Adan the employee that took the order was not readily prepared to handle this order. Management did not approach the situation to our expectations and now we're highly upset. No one has name tags either to address the people responsible for this mishap.

I’ve been ordering here for the past month and they’ve served nothing but soggy sandwiches. They’ve even screwed up my order twice by giving me a small sub instead of a medium. By far the worse firehouse sub in Texas.

Horrible... there is no good system everyone running around like they do not know what they are doing. This location needs different management. We waited over 1 hour for a simple sandwich. If nothing changes this place will not last.
