I had the longest day of my life today. Exhausted and just needing some delicious sustenance, I stumbled into Firehouse subs today around 4.

The staff were having a good time working together and so welcoming. Obviously people who like their job and their team! I mentioned they were fast when they quoted me my time and they took that as a challenge to be even faster and quoted me a shorter time! On top of that they absolutely delivered a delicious dinner and I left feeling so much lighter.

Horrible customer service. I placed 2 separate orders. Only received one. Called and told them about it and they said they would refund me. Almost 2 weeks have gone by and no refund. I called again and they said they checked the cameras and it shows them making the sandwiches. They don't know what happened. I insisted the second order was not received. Now they are saying that if I want the refund, that I have to go in and take my card. No accountability. How can these places still be open. Go somewhere else to spend your money.

Can in around 3:30 store was not busy but received the best customer service from all the staff working at that moment. I even had one the young men there offered to assist me with carrying out my drinks since my hands were full. GREAT TEAM there!
