The wait time was ridiculously long. We had to wait more that 40 minutes for our order, and the employees didn’t seem to have any urgency. Never coming back to this location.

2 employees looked & walked past the soda machine how disgusting. The soda were more carbonated water than anything else i guess they ran out of syrup and we tried all the sodas available because they were all nasty. My host mia was nice , seemed a bit in a rush to have us pay but overall nice

Ordered 2 small meatball subs using DoorDash, paid $9.85 for each, tip, long distance fee and taxes ($26 total). Received our sandwiches and they were the kids meal sizes (2 meatballs). Called the store and the employee stated they’d make them over but we needed to bring the original order back. No problem, my husband headed there (roughly 22min away) and they corrected the issue by redoing the sandwiches so we’d have the correct amount of meatballs which was (3) on each sandwich. Another issue I had was they were willing to throw away the original sandwiches instead of offering them to us for our inconvenience. I did appreciate them correcting the order even though it was a big inconvenience to us and pricey as well for their mistake!

This place was one of my favorite places to eat. But this time they took 25 minutes to give me my meal, they didn’t give me my whole order, the workers looked like they didn’t want to be there, like they were lost. I’m very disappointed in this place.

Awful service even with 7 people making sandwiches. No sense of urgency, waited for over 15 on 2 sandwiches on an o line order. I look3d around and literally 6 people still waiting on their orders.

They talk way to much and take forever with doordash and normal orders
We all know that Firehouse Subs is delicious, but this particular Firehouse Subs has by far the worst service I has ever seen in any restaurant EVER. I ordered a sandwich on a Sunday afternoon at 12:30 pm., the restaurant was nearly empty, and at 1:30 p.m. I still had not received my sandwich. In fact, they had not even started making my sandwich. This restaurant is clean. This ambience is nice enough, but expect to be disappointed by the service here as it is deplorable at best. Didn’t receive my sandwich until 2 p.m. Keep in mind that I didn’t order lobster or a four course dinner, I ordered a sandwich. I recommend the Firehouse Subs in the fountains, a Subway, or even baking your own bread and slaughtering your own pig at home for better results.

I ordered 3 large Club On A Sub sandwiches to go and when I got home noticed the bacon was missing from all 3 sandwiches. These sandwiches are pricey so Firehouse do better and give me what I pay for in the sandwiches.

Never had firehouse subs before today's visit & I will never be back...especially to this specific location... placed my order at 3:12 & didn't end up receiving my one large sub until 3:50 .
All that wait just for the meat to feel hot in some spots & cold in other spots?
My advice to the owner to this business would be you need to have more employees scheduled where specific employees only handle the online orders & then another set of people on the team working on the walk in orders for dine in & take outs for better faster service & experience.
It should not have taken 40 minutes to get a large sub that was half cold & half hot...
Wish I read the reviews before visiting so I could have avoided this experience because it appears it's very common here for bad service & experience at this specific location..

pay your employees
rude girl with the dark hair, eating bacon while talking to customers used the same gloves to eat her bacon to take orders touch paper/pens and handle food. when handing my order didnt acknowledge me just tossed my bag on the counter and walked away, didnt get my pickle and forgot to put mustard on my sandwich, never going back here.
I went the other day. I ordered extra mayo and no deli mustard and add honey mustard. Had like no mayo they didn’t put on honey mustard and they still put deli mustard on it. To add on top of that one of the workers answered the phone with his gloves on that touched food and went back to preparing orders with the same gloves and didn’t even change them.
