Ordered for pick-up. Got there and no one was at the register. I saw someone and tried to get there attention and was ignored. There was no line, just me wanting to buy something else while I waited for my order. Another customer had to tell them I was waiting to pay. When someone came they seemed very uninterested to be there to help. You could just tell these kids did not want to be working. They were moving so slow and avoiding being up front. Others started to come...

Ordered 2 small meatball subs using DoorDash, paid $9.85 for each, tip, long distance fee and taxes ($26 total). Received our sandwiches and they were the kids meal sizes (2 meatballs). Called the store and the employee stated they’d make them over but we needed to bring the original order back. No problem, my husband headed there (roughly 22min away) and they corrected the issue by redoing the sandwiches so we’d have the correct amount of meatballs which was (3) on each sandwich....

Went to George Dieter location for dinner on Monday. Everything was spot on. Service provided by Jordan, didn’t get last name but she has curly hair. Not only did she help with my order she also prepared my sandwich and it was delicious. I’m glad to see Firehouse Subs give high school students opportunities to provide good customer service and it shows with Jordan that she takes her job seriously. Will be returning.. hopefully the experience will be the same. Thank you
