Ordered in the app. Order was incorrect. Called the store person who said he was the manger told me he couldn’t do anything about it because the app is a different system than the store. Asked for the area office number he said he couldn’t give it out. Asked how I could get a refund and he said nothing I could do. I understand mistakes happen but to not be able to get a refund on products I paid for but didn’t get is really bad service. 5 guys is expensive so next time I’ll just use a BK coupon. Really disappointed.

I stopped by cause it was close to the bldg where I had an MRI. Traffic was horrible,terrible and stupid people were driving thru business parking lots😡🤬. The young lady ( Daniela) was friendly,smiling while taking my order. She even made my fries extra crispy! Please stop by and help them out even though the traffic sucks!! Give it some time. You decide! David

Gave 3 stars because the price is just to high if it was 13 bucks for a meal I’d eat there everyday since I work next door but 20 bucks a meal is just to high to o eat there regularly. But besides that food is awesome.
