Had an order placed ahead. I was about 3min away. I call and ask to add an order little fries only if they didn't have a line. They told me they did, so I decided not to just walk into the store empty and just one customer. Poor customer server to avoid an order through the phone.

Disappointing Experience with Closing Hours
I arrived at this location at 8:53 PM, well before the posted closing time of 10 PM (as listed on both the door and Google Maps). To my surprise, the doors were locked despite customers still being inside eating. It was clear the staff had already started cleaning up and were not accepting any more customers.
If the actual hours of operation are different, they should update their signage and online information to reflect this. It’s frustrating to plan a visit only to find the doors locked well before closing time. This lack of clarity and disregard for posted hours is unacceptable and unprofessional.

This is a stand out Five Guys. The food was as expected. But the crew working here were fast, friendly, and efficient. They made it feel like you were dropping into a buddy's burger night to watch the game, instead of a fast food restaurant. And they did this while being impeccably professional. Plus, the place was spotless clean.
Great burgers made when you order and with the largest selection of toppings and condiments I've seen; and with no limit of how many you can order.

Had the Little Bacon Burger, Little Fry and a regular drink. Food was tasty. Counterstaff were friendly. However, this cost almost $20 for just one person. Couldn't believe the prices. Not a place to take the family! Probably won't eat here again because of the cost.
