No wonder they’re always empty, the place is filthy especially the restroom. I’ve been here twice recently and I’m definitely not going anymore. Lazy and unhygienic establishment to say the least. The tables remained dirty the whole time I was there and they didn’t even have people. Already contacted corporate and the location has not returned my call.

This location has been consistently good. Burgers and fries cooked correctly and ready as fast as possible. Employees have also been friendly. My biggest gripe is that the app doesn't have an option for GRILLED jalapeños. So we need to call in our orders to request that.
I saw a customer return a hamburger after realizing it was given to them by mistake—it was actually my order. The customer had already opened it and touched it with their hands. Ordered a large fries for pick up, pressed the “on my way” button then pressed on the “I’m here” button only to get down and waited 15 minutes for just an order of fries. I decided to cancel the order and remembered why I never went back the first time. This was me giving it a second chance. To bad cause I loved their Cajun fries. By the way the guy making the fries had a little jerk smirk going after I cancelled. Disgusting.
