Menudo is terrible!! I have never tried such a bad menudo in my life. Super disappointing. Also the white bread s not good. They make it big on purpose so people can think it’s good but it is not. Do not waste your time coming here.

I purchased tamales for Christmas and I was very disappointed. I ordered 3 dz of red, 3 dz of green and 2 dz sweet. I got 3 dz of red, some of them had chicken instead of pork, which I didn't ask for. My green ones had jalapeños which the girl told me it was rajas. My first bite of the green tamale was the only place where it had cheese.I purchased tamales 2 years ago from there and they were delicious and a very good size, now they are half the size. The quality has gone down, I wouldn't recommend buying tamales from there.

It was closed when I arrived. I hope they're still in business! They really messed up when they relocated them from the Wedgwood & McRae area! This is a "local." Please help support locally owed businesses!

I have been there a couple of times but the last two have not been up to par. Last time one of the kids was handling my food and he had a nasty running nose. Just looked wrong while handling food. Today I went by to get 4 burritos. First off it took almost 15-20 minutes to get my food "I was the only one there". Second they short changed me! Not happy. The good but service is not!
Something happened. Something changed. The old luchador and his photos and masks and family are gone. There are two rude young ladies now working. You don't choose your own bread anymore, it's in a case. It just isn't the same place I have gone to with my grandfather since I was a child. I don't think I can bear to ever go back.

Although the products are good the service is NOT. I went to Order a cake the day before I needed it. The person said that it would be ready on time they took down my information in a formal order sheet. I show up to pick up the cake and my order was never submitted because "they forgot". They said that there was nothing they could do to fix their mistake. And that is exactly what they did... nothing. There was no solution offered.

First time coming here, I doubt I'll come here again. waited over 30 min. for a torta, the cook was the only one working from what I saw. ? the lady at the register was dragging but and the lady that was cooking had to tell her to help her! wow.

I don't know what happened to this place but they raised prices there's a whole new staff that isn't that friendly they don't sell their delicious tortas anymore the whole bakery feels like a different bakery they should change the name while they're at it
