Usually the flautas are top notch, my favorite in EP, but this time around they let me down. Idk if it has declined, or it was just a bad batch, but both of us ordered flautas and we were both let down. They were just okay. They were too hard and the meat not seasoned.Also, hope they bring back the piña colada.

I would give this place negative stars if I could the service is horrible. The attendants in the front always have a face like they’re upset and it’s a bother to take the order both times they have forgot our order! No apologies no nothing just annoyed because we brought it to their attention. Strike two never coming back again they don’t get the third chance!!!

Waited forever. They said 30 minutes and it was more and on top of that the cashier gave us bad attitude, it’s not like our food was free, we payed and it’s expensive on top of it! Rude!!

We have been going to Tepalca to eat flautas for years and they have always been very delicious and well served, today we just went there and the flautas dropped in quality a lot. They were pure tortilla, they are a minimal strip of meat. The lettuce was old, yellowish and even some were very watery. We won't go to eat again, maybe we'll just go back to eat the popsicles, but never flautas!
