Honestly ghetto.. had my wallet stollen before and they refused to check the cameras, said it had nothing to do with them. Fair enough, I kept going because sure at the end of the day they can’t possibly monitor everything. Next time, I started a tab and gave them my credit card. Once I tried to close out they stated my card was lost AND if they couldn’t find it, they weren’t able to help me after that. Turns out, the manager who was drunk the entire time, had it the whole time, stuffed between his hat and his head (he must’ve forgotten he even had card stashed there). Overall, if you have other choices, take them.

The food is convenient and good from the neighboring restaurant
MARIANA is a great conversationalist and obviously very observant as my credit card was returned to me after quite a bit OF TIME. This demonstrates how she takes the time for observant attention,, and during days and times that is pretty awesome. Seems like most don't know their head from their ass.
While I've been there only as an OBserver, Mariana attends to everybody really well while managing invitations in a professional manner.🙌🏼🙌🏼🫵🏼🫵🏼💪🏼💪🏼👍🏼👍🏼😊😊

Flips Bar is awesome! The drinks were amazing really well made and super tasty. The service was even better. The bartenders (Joel, Ryan and Felipe) were friendly, fast, and made us feel welcome right away. You can tell they really care about giving people a great experience. I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!

Sunday night.
We sat at the table and the wait staff kept passing us. Waited 20 minutes. No, hello. No, we will be right with you. Just ignored. So we ended up leaving and had food and drinks else where. Never coming back. Stay way unless you like getting ignored.

Wow! Please don’t go to this place. Second time here, last time. me and my husband. We waited for 20min and the bartender was walking coming and going right in front of us, not even ask if we needed something or if we were already been helped.

Chill spot to unwind but pay attention to your tab, on 2 occasions the servers have modified their tip amount adding extra funds. I recommend using cash.
