The vibe is super chill, I tried an Elote and it was delicious. I also tried the taiyaki waffle filled with Nutella and it was delicious. Highly recommend ?. My kids got a mangoneada and tosti elote... prices are reasonable, all was above my expectations!

My honeydew milk tea tasted like straight sugar water at lukewarm temperature. I could only drink a fifth of it before chucking it out, which is a bummer for a drink around $7.
Tbh I used to absolutely love this place and would go almost every single day. I don’t know what happened and I truly hope everything’s okay but almost every single time I show up now they’re closed. This has happened 5 or 6 times now. They are Constantly changing their hours but not on Google, just using a piece of paper on their door. I went tonight right before 6 p.m. and they’re supposed to be open according to the paper but they’re not. Makes me sad but I give up on trying to come here. I have noticed/been told that they get most business from Franklin high school so when school ends they close up. I wish if this were the case they would put that on their hours. Regarding the flavor of the drink it used to be delicious and consistent however I noticed the last 3 times I’ve gone it’s been off or hasn’t tasted good.

I think it ranks among the top 2 bubble tea in El Paso.Updated post: So looks like there is new ownership of this place and the quality of the drinks are just not the same....tastes very powdery and artificial. Can't give it a 5 star anymore... mediocre tasting drinks.

The new Formula Drinks storefront on Redd is a testament to how far this locally-owned business has come and the quality of their beverages and food options. I’ve frequented this establishment since it’s food truck days on Artcraft. The menu has evolved, offering even more tasty treats. The drink menu is really what really drew me in. My favorite has always been the Thai tea with extra boba. The flavor and sweetness is always on point. The customer service is great here and you can see how engaged the employees are in their interactions. I’m so happy to see the growing success of Formula!
