I’ve never written a review, and I’m a little sad to write such a poor one. I’ve been coming to Glia’s for years, and I’ve definitely noticed a steady decline. Not only with quality (My nearly $8 matcha should not be grainy or pale!!), but also with service. The owner, Ramon, definitely weighs the brand down. He doesn’t know how to treat customers, and more often than not makes you feel like a burden for spending YOUR money at his establishment. The employees look tired and god knows for what kind of pay knowing how El Paso can be. I can’t continue to support a shop that uses such low quality products now for almost double the price it was when they first started with what looks like very little care for customers or employees.

So much space and Ramon was the best. The strawberry matcha was to die for. It was fantastic! Highly recommend it!

Overpriced, sugary drinks and pastries. Inconsistencies with how they prepare their food and drink items. They use low quality ingredients, not worth it

A local gem! The coffee is the best in El Paso. Owner and staff provide individualized customer service and provide such amazing service. The delicious pastries are the cherry on top!

I recently tried the Cookie Cup Latte, and I found the coffee and cup had a rather unpleasant, cardboard-like taste. Nothing special about this coffee cup, and I don't recommend it. Considering the overall experience, I'm not sure the $10 price tag was entirely justified.

Ordered the cookie cup latte and for $10 was not impressed the cup taste like a cheap cracker and the pictures show on the website show it was covered on the rim but mine had no chocolate the coffee is decent I had the dulce de Leche but not at all impressed

We were very pleased with our visit today.
Everything was great. Our beverages were delicious. I chose the iced matcha and added an espresso shot. It was so good. The matcha was on point and made wonderfully. I also had an egg, chorizo, and potato burrito, and it was delicious. The guy and the girl and the counter were very polite and welcoming. They even offered us free stickers. Everyone loves free stickers.
When we visit El Paso this will be a regular stop for us.

Inside an upscale food court. It’s a good space. Feels like you can go with a big group without trouble. Good food options between all the businesses. I went for a coffee at Gila’s with friends. We all liked our drinks.
