The staff is friendly when speaking, but extremely slow at preparing orders. The menu is long, but they only have a few dishes actually available. The place is full of flies, and although there are three employees, only the one at the grill seems to be working.

Terrible service at register rude and no hygiene second they charge a fee if you use your DEBIT CARD when in reality the machine says a CREDIT CARD TRANSACTION!!!!! they use the same gloves to prepare the food as well to charge!!!

The red salsa meal was good, more spicy than expected. The beef and potatoes were NOT good. It lacked flavor (in comparison to the red sauce meat), and the potatoes in the meat were NOT fully cooked. It was hard to enjoy the meal. This is perhaps a one day situation; this was, unfortunately, our experience. I am sure that if we return, the experience might be better. Other people in the establishment seemed to be enjoying their food. But, as I saw prior to purchasing, most had the red sauce meat or a meat with color aka flavor (NOT the BEEF w/ POTATOES we purchased). Last, the fact that straws are not available was a disappointment. Not everyone likes to put their lips on a can that is perhaps not clean. Moreover, there are no cups available to drink our coke or whatever beverage, forcing you to trust the container you drinks come inside of.
On a positive note, the food was served rather quickly, and there were tables available. This was around 1200, no crazy crowds, etc. The prices are also very reasonable!! It is a place worth visiting, you just have to know what to order. There seems to be a decent selection, as you will see in the photo.

They gave me the wrong gorditas, they gave me a gordita of mincemeat that I didn't ask for, the guy who is there, he's clueless and doesn't pay attention to what you're asking for, then a tattooed girl arrived holding her hand, I asked her for napkins for my table, there were 5 of us and she only gave me 3 napkins, the climate inside the place was super hot, they didn't have any atmosphere at all and the lady who I think was called María because that's how they talked to her made an annoyed face when I asked them for mincemeat!!! Why didn't they have them!! They need to pay more attention for a long time to deliver!! And they still deliver me hot soft drinks!!! I will not return to the place since not even the owners care, I had already filed a complaint and no one did anything
Good flavor, soggy gorditas, rude service at drive through. Female at drive through was very rude just eager to shut the door while I was speaking. She had a bandaid on her nose from a nose job. Maybe she was in pain but if so then stay home if you can't handle the pain from a nose job or dont get it done at all.

I love the gorditas but how can it be possible that by 2:00 2:30 they no longer have anything and in the end they charge you, you arrive for your order and they don't even have it ready because they haven't even started it, second they charge you and when you arrive they still They tell you that there is none of what they charged you, they change it for barbecue, you ask them for what they have and they tell you that there is no onion, sauce or cilantro. hahahaha then I don't see the logic that you place an order by cell phone, if you arrive and they haven't even placed it or started it…. I love gorditas el sazón but with this nonsense at customer service I have no desire to return 🙄
