Great American Steakhouse

Very pretty place. However, it really disappointed me. Perhaps my expectations were too high. Fountain drinks were bland, beer warm, and food was mediocre. Prices are a bit high, honestly. Service was OK, but I am definitely not returning.

Service was great. The appetizer and our meals were so salty you couldn't eat it.

I had the most pleasant experience I’ve had in a very long time. From the moment I ordered my dinner to go, the hostess Luzia made me feel welcome and comfortable. She sought out space at the bar so I could have a drink while I waited for my meal. I noticed the upbeat atmosphere promoted by Sandra the manager with her team members, Alejandra (bartender) and Irvin. When my meal was ready Luzia asked if I would rather eat dinner at the bar. It was so welcoming and easy going that I decided to stay and enjoy my meal hot. The best decision ever, the folks above mentioned made my dining experience fun and relaxing, truly enjoyable! As a person who works in HR, congratulations Great American for hiring such a winning team! Sandra, “the speed of the leader, is the speed of the gang” and you have definitely set the right tempo! Great job, Great American!

Service was great! Food was good. We had the fajitas and the meat was delicious. Happy hour margaritas were amazing!!

Kiara made our visit memorable and her suggestions were right on! We had come from 2 other restaurants with horrible service and this 3rd one was the charm. The more we dine out, the more we realize how special it is to experience service like what we enjoyed with Kiara. The service industry has undergone a drastic change in standards, but you’d never know it if you were fortunate enough to be sat with her. We are grateful she took care of us and look forward to our next visit.

Not a good place to eat. Not good service. Didnt give us a chance to say anything after asking if we needed anything, just turned around and left. Had a hair on my plate. Never got my baked potato that I ordered for a side.

I love steak, so this is definitely my go-to spot, but the one on Airway. I do not suggest the one in the Northeast if you are a brown skin person! Well, they didn't treat me right, and I will never step back in that place ever again... but back to Airway. The staff is super friendly and very accommodating. My waitress was Denise and she was so wonderful. She made suggestions and took care of us very well. I will definitely ask for her my next visit. Steak excites me, so I didn't think about taking pictures... maybe next time. ?

We had the Kobe burger and steak burger with steak and sweet potatoes fries. Both were delicious, quick, and had an excellent server! Highly recommend

The steak was great. The service was slow. We had to go up to the bar to order our second round. The place wasn't that busy either. They also tried to overcharge me by charging for a more expensive cut of meat and blamed their computer system. Sure.
