Always have a great experience. Today there was an issue with our steak and service and when addressed to manager she was super aggressive. No customer service experience. Sometimes as customers all we need is an apology. She was rude so I guess her employees are leading by her example. Too bad. I really enjoy eating here.
Excelente bartender me atendio juan. 50 minutos para unos tacos. Me los entregaron frios junto con el mac and cheese. Vi como metian la comida al microondas para calentarla. Excelente servicio al cliente. La comida me descepciono mucho.
I tried ordering called 4 times no answer and said to leave message and it just hangs up on you. This is at the airways location. I tried ordering online but special wasn't on there and it wouldn't let me pay when I got there. I told a neighbor and she expirenced the same. If you are going to put a promotion be avaliable for the customers. I been there often and always rave about this place
