Cakes are very dry. The frosting has changed and is so thick, but lacking in flavor. New management is so rude and sarcastic. New workers all the time which speaks to why the quality has gone down and why they no longer use fondant and decorating looks like a kindergartener did it. This used to be my favorite!! I am totally disappointed in them. Went to them for a last minute cake they said they had one in stock after my wife asked them multiple times and they said yes. I showed up to get it said at least 3 times the flavor and they said yes. Got home and it was totally wrong then when I called they told whoever was in charge and she says I didn’t tell your wife that? I said I said it 3 times and you confirmed it with your employee.
