As usual, lovely cakes, tasty frosting, and straight to the point service. Sadly, based on my last two purchases, the frosting has a peculiar aftertaste, and it looks like Greggerson’s is joining the “Cute Cakes With Dry Bread Club”. Hopefully the affiliation doesn’t last. 🥺

no more!!! after 59 years,,,, recommending to everyone,,, taking to friends & family, places like Aspen dental & Martin Tire,,,,not till you go back to the old recipe. the last time,, cake didn't taste same. the last 2 times, where's the icing!!!!! paper thin. Paul carried on Mrs Greggersons wonderful reputation!!! sure wonder why change!!!

My birthday cake was supposed to be picked up on Saturday afternoon for a Sunday (Easter) birthday party.I received a call on a Thursday morning that it was ready and to come pick it up. Not only will it be stale, but the surprise of the cake is gone. This is the third time that Gregerson's has done this to me and my family. I am so disappointed and now I have to serve stale cake to my guests. Albertsons would have been a better option, and a cheaper one too.

Made my wedding cakes in 1972 and I always bought cakes throughout the year for birthdays and holidays. They were a little cottage in the lower valley. Don’t know if they are still in that location. They make the most delicious cake and they’re masters of cake decorating. Greggerson’s is one place I miss now that I live in California.

I gave it 1 star, I new Mrs.Doris and Paul been buying there cakes for decades. My Husband is 71 Vietnam Vet. He had brain surgery 2 yrs ago. I had not gone because my husband needs 24 hrs care. I decided to order a cake. When they picked up and brought it. My husband right away pointed to the cake. So I right away got him a piece and I was feeding it to him and he made a face. I tasted it. I'm sorry but the cake was way to heavy tasting. Nothing like Mrs.Doris Or Paul's there original cake would melt in your mouth. Not going back. I have the frosting recipe. So I guess I will be baking again. Miss you Paul!!!!

Upon receiving my order for a heart-shaped cake with vintage piping, I was disappointed to find only a simple drop line and a rosette when I picked it up. The cake was also not decorated as requested, and the lowercase “s” in “M.S. Engineer” was missing.
When I informed the establishment of these errors, they informed me that their only cake decorator was unavailable. They offered to convert the lowercase “s” to an uppercase “S,” which took 45 minutes. As I was graduating that day, I could not wait any longer, as I risked missing the ceremony.
I explained that I would try to find someone to pick up the cake for me since it was not ready at the pick up time 1p.m. I was advised to ensure that the cake was picked up before 3 p.m. I had also requested pink frosting on the sides, but only a small amount was applied on the top, resulting in an unintended tie-dye effect.
This oversight nearly caused me to miss my graduation. The establishment’s failure to create the order as agreed upon was unacceptable. The owner offered only a $5 refund, which was insufficient for the cost, time and expense for such a significant event.
As a once-in-a-lifetime celebration of my accomplishment, the establishment should have communicated with me when placing the order that they were unable to fulfill my vision.

I called every bakery on Friday from big local stores but I had to place an order two-three days in advance. Greggersons squeezed my order in last minute and they truly did an outstanding work. First time ordering with them and a 10/10 is an understatement and their kind service was just too tier. Will be ordering from them again
