I ordered this cake with two logos for less than. 24 hours notice and not only did they do a good job on the cake, it tasted amazing. We opted for wedding cake. Highly recommend this bakery to anyone. Prices were great too.

Greggerson’s has been a family favorite since I got married in 1972. My future sister-in-law carried a two tiered Gregerson wedding wedding cake all the way from El Paso to Alpine Texas for my wedding. Ever since then Every single cake that I have needed for a special occasion has come from Greggerson’s. This includes a cake that I’m picking up this very afternoon March 19, 2024. I cannot count how many cakes I have enjoyed and served to Guest family and friends. Greggerson’s the best. The white almond flavored icing with the white cake is a family favorite. My grandchildren love an extra cupcake when I pick up our orders.
Cookies and cupcakes are delicious. Very welcoming atmosphere, smells amazing inside.

Usually the product is very good, had purchased 3, 4 times in the past. This time last week for one of my daughter's bday my wife went to order a cake and the people taking the order were very rude and not helpful. We didn't ask for anything special just straight up short answers and no sense of customer service.

Horrible experience, we bought a chocolate cake for birthday celebration. Cake looked perfectly fine but as soon as I cut into it there was a strong disgusting smell, pretty embarrassing smell was so bad had to throw it away. Don't recommend this place at all, and will most definitely not be returning....

I placed an order for cupcakes with a specific color. They called to verify the colors the day before. Cupcakes came out perfect! My husband dropped half of the order on the way out. Luckly they had some cupcakes of the same flavor available and were able frost them like the special order in no time. Great customer service and the best cakes & cupcakes in town! Highly recommend!

Ordered a birthday cake for my son quoted 55.00 for a lemon cake with strawberry filling. I picked up cake on day of party. When I got there I had asked for blue streamers on it they put yellow streamers it looked like a girls cake!!!! I told the lady she said to wait took cake to the back and put blue on top of yellow. It was a cluster of frosting the cake was very dry tasted like day old cake stale and did not have strawberry filling in it. I was charged for filling but didn’t get filling in it. Lady seemed upset when I told her about the color of streamers not friendly at all. Cakes have gone hill since new owners took over. Never did we have a problem when Paul was there a he was always very friendly always willing to help sure do miss him. I would not recommend this place anymore service is not what it use to be.

My mom went today to see if they can custom make a brownie cake. She described her experience as the lady said "no we can't do that" "no we've never done that" then referred to her albertson.... we went to marinas and they were able to work with us. There's a difference between I can't and here's something you can do or we've never done that but let's try it. If you make regular brownies and the clients willing to pay what's stopping you? Crazy to think you'd tell people straight out "no we don't do that and we can't do that" we replied don't you sell brownies? Yes... you can't put that with normal frosting? No?...Disappointed this was my first place I chose because we've been gifted cakes and the reviews but never again just based off the interaction
