Beautiful restaurant and atmosphere but that's pretty much it, the pizza has no flavor, super watery and the sauce.....the SAUCE! Most important ingredient is MISSING!!! No flavor whatsoever and the bread is mid as well. I've tried the real one in Brooklyn and although it's not that good either, it is Miles ahead of this location and I don't understand the fork and knife, nobody who loves pizza eats it with a knife and fork! So sad that El Paso's best pizza is Domino's. The Ceaser's Salad was delicious I will give them that and the Tiramisu wasn't too bad either but nothing special, and nothing Olive Garden can't beat.

We had the pleasure of being served by Luis after our son’s baptism, and he truly made the day even more special for our family. From the moment we were seated, Luis was incredibly attentive, kind, and professional. He made sure everyone at the table was taken care of and went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and celebrated. His warm and friendly attitude really stood out, and we couldn’t have asked for better service. Thank you, Luis, for helping make our special day even more memorable!

I fell in love in Grimaldis when I was in New York City and walked from Lower Manhattan to Brooklyn and my first and favorite place to go is Grimaldi's close to the Brooklyn Bridge. This is a place you must try at least once and return every now and then. The best pizza in El Paso, TX and a good competing pizza in New York. Don't know this place until you try it.

Oh you have to try this if you haven’t already. I enjoy getting the extra large traditional pizza with pepperoni, mushrooms, jalapeño and ricotta cheese. But first get the antipasto starter and a Ceaser salad. I like that they give my kids a small piece of dough to play with. Environment can be loud but atmosphere is pleasant and service is always on point. The hostels have some work to do, since their service is inconsistent, but nothing that can’t be fixed.

Grimaldi’s is one of my favorite restaurants and now I love them even more! My family and I went to Grimaldi’s on July 15, 2025 and my son forgot his retainer on the table. About 30 minutes later we went back and the hostess had it telling us she knew how expensive they were. Well, my mom also lost a gold bracelet there on the same day. Almost two weeks later my sister called and they had set it aside in hopes that the owner would claim it! That type of service and honesty is unheard of these days! Thank you Grimaldi’s and your awesome staff!

Michael is a horrible manager. They brought appetizers and pizza all at one time. The manager Michael informed the waiter that he can take the appetizers off the table to fix the problem. When you let someone with no manager experience in charge it shows.
