We called in our order for pick-up. They stated that it would be ready in 45 minutes. We showed up only to learn that they had given our order to someone else. The person(s) lack attention to detail. I am sure one would notice handing out medium pizzas to someone who ordered large pizzas. We waited another 20 minutes for our order. The food was good, no complaints there.

I grew up in New Haven, CT so when I tell you this is good pizza, I mean it. This is the only place in El Paso that can come CLOSE to New York/New Haven style pizza. Worth every penny!

The pizza here is great, you are able to customize it in many ways. It does get busy on the weekends so you can always sit at the bar for faster service. Sorry for the lousy picture.

I placed an order online and it was supposed to be ready by the time I got there after I arrived I had to wait an additional 30 minutes and the pizza was still not ready. Honestly, the longest way ever ever had at a pizza joint and the pizzas not even that good definitely overpriced Would not recommend eating here unless you have a lot of time to kill

This place gives a new york vibe for sure. Watermelon lemonade was really good. Have to say the pizza was really good and I love how it's thin crust, crispy and the ingredients are so flavorful. I really enjoyed the pesto with ricotta, pepperoni, sausage, mozzarella and garlic. It is pricey to add additional toppings so I don't recommend getting crazy. The banana cream cheesecake was crazy good like crazy good.

Amazing pizza and calzones! Place was hopping for a Tuesday evening! We attended a bday party and aside for the slow prep times to get out pizza, everything was perfect! Even my picky grandson enjoyed his cheese pizza! Parking is a challenge in that area so plan ahead. We got parking an easy walk from the restaurant.

My friends and I put an online order for pickup Thursday at 1.30pm for lunch and waited half an hour for our order waited on my ridiculous slice which I will include in photo. This is unacceptable. Will not come here. Lived in Houston and I have to say the locations way way better and can put up with hectic and busy environments. Grimaldi's in El Paso, Texas Move from the Fountains if you cant handle it.

Their pizzas are fantastic. They are unlike anything here in town. The sauce and cheeses used are great quality. The crust has a crunch and smokiness that is unequaled. The appetizers could use a revamp. There's not much to choose outside of salads. If you like to partake if the occasional adult beverage, they make a great old-fashioned and a godfather. One other best I've had in a while. A definite return to destination.

Cheese is just chewy-doesn’t have any flavor. You get cheese or you get sauce-no sauce topped with the cheese. It took us 45 minutes to get the one pizza we ordered. The only thing they have going for them is the crust.
