I usually don’t like leaving negative reviews, but I felt I needed to share my experience. I ordered a plate of food here and unfortunately it had a very strong sanitizer taste. I politely let the staff know, but instead of addressing the concern professionally, the manager treated me as though I was just trying to get a free meal, which was upsetting.

To be fair, she did end up covering the dish, but the way the situation was handled felt dismissive and rude. Mistakes can happen in any restaurant, but how they’re handled makes all the difference. I left feeling uncomfortable and won’t be returning and neither will my family.
