They open early. Unfortunately fresh baked items are still baking. Mostly day ok items on shelf or empty. Lots of tamale customers there waiting and they are not very nice to be around lol. Staff seems annoyed . Probably because of tamale customers just standing there being shitty.
This is an AWESOME place to get your baked sweet goods, fresh tamales and bread. I have not had a chance to taste their menudo, but I’m looking forward to have my taste buds enjoy this delicious Mexican traditional dish. There is always room for improvement, but the staff do their BEST to take care of the customers with outmost respect, kindness and professionalism. I love Gussies! Their tamales are in the larger size than most and so very tasty! 🤤 my favorites is queso con rajas, but unfortunately they always go first, always try to call to be certain they have what you all need:) Yes, their tamales are clean and very delicious! Totally recommend:)
