Definitely recommend it! Food was amazing everything tasted great, especially the Meat, Karaage and the wings. Definitely recommend it, I feel service could’ve been a lot better but we did go later in the day so I feel the servers were burned out.

It was a great experience for the first time trying the Japanese bbq at Gyu-Kaku in El Paso. The service from Ray Ray and other staffs were excellent!!! We were impressed with the soy sauce without gluten and the taste of the seafood. We’ll definitely come back again for the family gathering!

Thanks again for the best customer service and best place for the bbq in town!

Amazing place to eat, food taste amazing. Our server Ray Ray was great! He explained everything throughly and always make sure our table stayed clean and drinks full. Absolutely recommend!

Paloma and all of the other staff were so enthusiastic and knowledgeable which greatly elevated our first time experience! Both the server Paloma both highly recommend the meat lovers bundle because all of the appetizers and s’more desert additions make the experience that much more amazing!

Atmosphere was incredible, courses came out perfectly timed and Alexis M was very attentive along with a great smile! Definitely would recommend for dinner time
