Cute place, good food. We loved the location in the vintage car wash! It's a must see and is also featured in Leon Bridges' music video, Beyond. The owner sitting outside was very friendly, the waitresses, not so much, but quick and efficient.
Welcomed and well fed!H&H is an absolute gem. I visited for my first time in the "dark winter" of the China flu lockdowns. When I walked up I was not certain where the entrance was. Then I heard someone say, "please come on in over here." It was the owner Mr. H. sitting outside passing the time under the carwash canopy in front of a space heater. Sure, they're 'open' at 7am, but you can't order anything to eat until later. We went at around 7:20am. One of the gals said that nothing was hot yet, that they wouldn't be able to serve food until it was hot and that she didn't know when that might be.
