This place used to be my to go boba tea in El Paso. After the year 2019 it all came downhill. They are always out of literally everything. The owner seems to slack it because it happens almost every visit. I honestly stopped coming here because the drinks lack flavor. Today I gave them a second chance since I was at Bassett and I should have known not to spend my money here. I won’t be coming here again.

As a barista myself, I was the only customer so I ordered a drink. Then 2 other customers after me came to order & received their drink first while I was still waiting on mine. Then the barista goes “I forgot”. Kind of embarrassing cus I don’t ever forget my customers drinks. Especially since I was the only one around who ordered first.

One star because I actually received a tea. Walking up to the store front waited 5 minutes no one came to help sonny husband called out "hello?" Finally a very unfriendly obviously annoyed employee appeared. I was craving a Boba tea and walking up noticed a sign that read "out of Boba Pearls today." So that's like going to a taco shop and they are out of tacos. Then I started to order a regular flavored tea and I was pointed to a VERY lengthy sign stating everything they were out of today. It was a LONG sign. I'm pretty sure it was not written today. I proceeded to pay and handed her the cash and she ignored me for a good 30 seconds then finally very rudely stated "we don't accept cash" and looked away. Are we in 2020 again or what? Proceeded to pay with CC which was fine except for the attitude that came with the entire transaction. This person really didn't like her job at all and it was evident. The tea was so not worth the attitude received and the $6 for just a green tea.

Been a customer of this place before Boba got all the hype, good boba and lots of teas to choose from.Local business that deserves all the hype!

My drink had no ice, I was watching how they made my drink and it looks like they don’t even measure out what they use that goes in one drink. Was seeing them pour out adding things and pouring out. So when I got it it looks like the ingredients weren’t evenly mixed because I say little white spots indicating that they have separated

Usually I don’t come a lot here but I had went earlier today it wasn’t the best customer service. When I was about to order their was no one in the front, their was 2 girls just sitting in the back looked at me without helping me right away. & I was the only customer.

Ordered matcha with almond milk. Over heard the employees laughing and one said I accidentally put regular milk and the other said wait no it’s okay and looked up at me. They served me the matcha with regular milk…. Don’t have teenagers who gossip working here if they can’t get an order right and serve things people can highly allergic to just because they don’t want to make it again.

Cashiers are too busy gossiping with each other to remember your order when you're the only customer. They almost charged me twice for my order then tried to say "the system isn't working right" when my payments went through. Not worth the hassle and they don't take cash.

Milk tea wasn’t that great. It was very watered out and boba wasn’t flavorful.

I ordered the original tea. This particular mix was done poorly. Very low sweetness, despite not asking for a reduction. The boba was very rubbery, which indicates that it was over boiled. The tea mixture was weak. No ice added, so my drink was warm. Employees were friendly during entrance and when the drink was sealed, the employee placed it on the counter and said nothing.

Not good. First and last… I didn’t like it at all, I ordered the”Coconut taro with boba” the first sip ? it tasted like soap I just didn’t want to waste my time going back I only toss it on my way out of the mall…!I only gave 1 star because the girl was nice. She tried to explain me what the “fresh taro” is. I told her, yes I know what it is and how it tastes… The drink was horrible, ?? the worst I’ve ever tried! I do know what is a good boba drink after 20+ years living in CA where the good and great boba drinks are abundant…! ??‍♀️ There’s a very good one called @Teapioca Lounge, in El Paso, TX area that’s much better! I had even tried some good ones in Houston, TX area and few places in FL but this one was really bad, sorry but I didn’t feel any Taro taste at all and the “coconut” had more of a soapy flavor… ?‍??

Came to the Outlet location by Talbot. Had the pina colada fruit tea with mango poppies and kiddo had a strawberry fruit tea with strawberry poppies. Super yum! Can't wait for my next visit. Definitely recommend the poppies instead of boba balls for the kiddos the taste awesome and are fun to eat!??
