Seems like no one wants to work there. Not even a friendly smile. They never approached to take order. I had to walk up and flag down to order after waiting several minutes. The place wasn't even too busy. Only reason I stayed was because they showed nfl game and the Tvs.

They ripped me off during a fight!! I gave them cash and they still charged my card! Fought to get my money back for about 3 weeks! They finally admitted they made a mistake so I got the money…..4-5 months later tell me why I check my bank account & they did something with the dispute again and ending uo taking the money back out of my account! So I got the money but eventually they got back at the end!! Never will I go there again!! & I hope they start to lose business! Assistant manager girl name Astrid was the worse! No professionalism at all!!!

I agree with another previous post, ask for the prices of drinks first. They are overcharging on drinks. Bar was empty and it still took them too long to bring drinks. Not a good experience at all. There's a lot of better places to drink than here.

Food is basic and service is trash. Music is a hit or miss smh I've given this place 3 chances and every time is the same. It's it's more then a 10 min drive it's definitely not worth it! The service really is horrible!!
Juan (JC), the owner is extremely rude as well as the blonde server/bartender. They have no people skills, horrendous service, and extremely unprofessional. I will be posting videos of him yelling at us and throwing OUR food and drinks away.

Headquarters Taphouse has a lot of potential. Great atmosphere, fantastic selection of cold beer on tap in frozen mugs. The service was average & everything we tried to order was unavailable because they didn’t have cheese. They’re 100 yards from a grocery store & had no cheese. SMHIf they can work out the kinks, they can be to ‘go to’ place for watching sports

Amazing beer selection on tap but music is WAY too loud. There is less than 20 people in here right now and you can't even have a normal conversation with anybody. There is no reason on earth that the music needs to be as loud as a music festival in this place.
