Party of 6 walked in to maybe 10 people at the bar. Waitress & security were outside talking & taking pics . We sat, wait for maybe 10 minutes. Not one person came to take our order. We tried to go to the bar but no one was at the bar. I get it's slow but maybe it's slow because customer services sucks.

We had a party of four and waited almost fifteen minutes for a bartender to get service that never came. They kept passing by us and just flirting with some guy instead of doing her job and on top of that she started texting right after flirting. Two bar tenders passed by and basically ignored us so we left.

The worst service I have ever received. I don’t know what problem the two girls serving yesterday had with me and two of my co-workers that they didn’t want to serve us but any time an old man or a “regular” came in, they gave them the best service. Batting their eyelashes, and giving them fake money smiles; meanwhile, we were ignored for 15+ minutes until I had to flag them down and be rude. I was there yesterday for a teachers meeting, so I was hoping for at least decent service but I got the complete opposite. We sent one of our older teacher colleagues to get our drinks and he was greeted instantly which just shows they have no dignity and only care about the money. I say that because another female colleague of mine tried to tip her and she replied with “I don’t need that.” Absolutely disgusting. So to whoever your server was with the fake waist, fake fan looking lashes, lip filler and dark black hair; also to instagram girl ALEXANDRATHEGREATONE, your service was subpar. Those two girls sucked at giving service to teachers actually making a difference. Never going back.

Went here at night, and they had a cover charge, which ok sure. The music was mid and the drinks were small and mostly ice. The place itself has potential to be nice but the atmosphere isn’t great. They have several port-a-potties outside right as you walk in. The stalls for the women’s bathroom have huge bends in the metal they are using to make a stall making it impossible to have privacy, I’m talkin you can make full eye contact with someone who’s standing in line a few feet away. Almost makes the porta-potties seem like a better option. Floors were full of trash. If you’re visiting El Paso I would skip this place entirely, there are places with better atmosphere and drinks.
Went on a “drake night” but when requested female rap artists was told not tonight. Instead they played other male rap artists. Men frequently physically fought here and disrupted the night. Not a huge fan.
