First time trying this location. Stopped by for lunch at 11AM place was empty so I expected great customer service which we really didn't get from our waiter. The mananger was very kind, friendly & welcoming. I could believe the mini size portions we received. I get it the cost of everything has gone up from going some huge wings & shrimp to miniature for the same prize is crazy! We ordered 15 buffalo shrimp & I think 3 shrimp together equaled 1 shrimp they used to have. I personally think for the cost I won't be going back to this location. Hoosters needs to do better about the quality of the food, chains like this should have the money to get decent ingredients in my opinion lol

It’s so frustrating when you don’t get what you order and the place is way overpriced on top of that. $18.99 for 10 wings? I ordered five buffalo and five Daytona. Didn’t get buffalo and didn’t get Daytona. The bartender was talking to some guy and ignoring the rest of the customers. U think I waited over ten minutes after I sat down. I should have checked my to go order before I left.

They took a while to ask us for how many, and when we finally got sat, nobody went to attend us, we waited for 15 minutes before we decided to get up and leave. And it wasn’t even busy. Nobody asked us what we would like to drink, but they would attend the old men there at every second. Very poor service.

Honestly just average. Ordered the buffalo chicken pretzel bites and the waitress brought me the pretzel dippers. Girl said we didnt have them. Showed her on the picture this is what I ordered. Just said sorry. The people withbme had cold wings and they forgot their fries. I remember shooters being awesome. Not so much anymore.

80 Order Completely Messed Up – No Response from Staff I’m really disappointed with my recent experience at Hotters. I placed a pickup order that totaled around $80, and it was messed up in multiple ways. I paid extra for all flats, but was still given a mix of flats and drums. They also forgot to include the ranch that was supposed to come with the order.
What made this even more frustrating was that I tried calling the restaurant for nearly 30 minutes straight, and no one ever answered the phone. I was willing to drive back, even though it's a 30-minute drive each way for me—but I couldn’t get through to anyone to make sure they’d even fix the issue.
For an $80 order, this level of service is just unacceptable. Mistakes happen, but completely ignoring your customers when they’re trying to resolve a problem is not how you do business. Definitely reconsidering if I’ll ever return.

We went in for lunch and I had the Hooters chicken sandwich with curly fries. It was favorable, but not worth 14.99. I guess we should have tried the wings. I'm guessing that's what they are known for. The service was great. The waitress was very friendly and she kept checking on us. I won't be returning though. I wasn't impressed at all with the food and this establishment is more of a guy place. Duh, Hooters right? Definitely not for families with young children.
