Hot Hot Ramen Sushi Seafood

Me and my husband wanted ramen we hadn’t tried before. Found this restaurant on Google and were pleasantly surprised at how good it was. We went around 1:30 on a Saturday and the place wasn’t packed, thank goodness. I had the Spicy Tonkotsu and the hubby had the Spicy Lobster Tail Tonkutso. The spice was definitely there but it wasn’t unbearable. All ingredients were fresh and the meal was piping hot when it came out. We didn’t realize it was a hot pot restaurant until we got there but we may try that next time. The food was good and customer service was on point. I can’t remember how much we paid but it was reasonable. The experience was well worth the price.

While the service was very prompt and the atmosphere was very pretty, unfortunately our food was very mid.
The ramen wasn't the worst of course, but again it wasn't the best either, just a pretty standard bowl around El Paso.
The menu was pretty big, offering several options, but it just wasn't impressive for us.

The food here is AMAZING!! We got Ramen, Sushi, and Gyozas and they were all perfect. I got Iced Lemonade as a drink and was so obsessed I ordered a refill. I would definitely recommend and would definitely go back for more. Also the waitress that attended us was super friendly and nice to us!

I was looking forward to try their hotpot but this is unacceptable. They are rude.

Overall, it was a good experience. Can't say good or bad things about this place.

I recently visited this restaurant while in town to see family and take care of some business. I ordered the Caterpillar Roll, Spicy Tonkotsu Ramen, and a side of fried rice.

The Caterpillar Roll was a highlight of the meal—beautifully presented, with each piece tasting incredibly fresh. The avocado was creamy, the eel was tender, and the overall temperature was perfect, giving it that delightful chilled texture sushi lovers appreciate.

The Spicy Tonkotsu Ramen arrived piping hot with a rich, flavorful broth. The noodles were cooked just right, and the toppings—especially the soft-boiled egg and pork—added layers of texture and taste. My only minor complaint was that the spice level could have been kicked up a notch. While it was flavorful, I was hoping for a bit more heat to really match the “spicy” label.

As for the fried rice, it was decent but a little underwhelming compared to the rest of the meal. It had a good, balanced flavor but felt a bit plain. Adding chicken or shrimp would have taken it to the next level.

The atmosphere of the restaurant was another strong point—cozy, welcoming, and well-suited for both casual and business meals. The service was also fast and professional, with the staff attentive without being intrusive.

Overall, I enjoyed my experience and would definitely return, especially for the sushi and ramen.

I haven’t seen the owner or regular cooks that were here when it first got bought out but it’s been our favorite spot to come to. The Sushi & Ramen are delicious & we’re always greeted & welcomed. 10/10 recommend
