Love this place. Definitely a place to get off do not use drive thru. Get off they have small cups for samples of all of their teas before you decideon your beverage. Prices are reasonable and they have a happy hour as well. My kids love the pink lemonade. Plus all the employees are always welcoming and friendly

I’m comparing my experience to the ones I had in an East Texas. Great experience at this one in El Paso Texas. Julian really helped out and was knowledgeable. It’s hard to find good customer service with people that care I will be coming back.

Pros: There are a lot of flavors to choose from. They have a secret menu to combine flavors and make new drinks. I enjoy mixing and trying several variations with the sample cups they have. Their horchata coffee is great and delicious.
Cons: There's only one in town.

Julian needs to work somewhere else. The public needs nice people. he was rude and acted as if we was a bother to him. This is a new experience and if your business has declined recently. that could be an issue
I enjoy going for some delicious tea or cafe. They have different tea's you can taste, even suger free. Can't wait for fall, hope they have some pumpkin spice 😋. Employees are friendly. 🤗

I would like to thank the young lady at mobile app order register. I asked if I could make 2 trips since I had drinks and gallons. She offered to carry my gallons toy truck. We were chatting about how I moved to Arizo a and there is now an H20 there. Right away she knew the city it was in which was great to know how aware she was of the business. I love coming here when I co.e to visit. Now I have to make the 40 minute drive from my home to the one in Arizona to see if it is just as amazing.

This is the first time we went to this location there was a bit of a line but that may be due to the fact that today is the last day of this week's selection of cookies. But it was a quick process they did have someone at the front assisting and we ended up getting our order within 1 minute turnaround
