Stopped in to check this place out. Waited, but no one ever came out to help, the staff was nowhere to be found. Disappointing first impression. Took a look around: small clumps of fried dough sitting under a heat lamp, passed off as doughnuts. Each smaller than your palm, a dollar a piece. Won’t be back, and I don’t recommend.

VERY DISAPPOINTED! I had placed an order a week in advance for 32 pink donuts and 32 blue with sprinkles for a gender reveal . U can clearly see in the picture how horrible they turned out! I had someone pick them up for me because I was not able to. I was scheduled to pick them up at 1:30 and the person I had sent to pick them up said only the pink were ready and not the blue. The machine had stopped working. Then she finally got it to work she didn’t leave till about 2:30 with the donuts! If I would have seen what they looked like I would not have taken them! The lady was using her finger to put the frosting on the donuts and they looked more like donut holes than donuts. And to top it off they were all burned! I requested a refund and I still have not heard back from the manager! Very disorganized and unprofessional I will never order from them again!! Avoid this place!

Disappointed of the service this time. They had said 18 for 18 donuts, I told them I needed to be custom made for a 41 year old birthday, hiking/nature related and they never said it was going to cost me more, until i got there to pick up the girl was like it’s 18 but since it’s custom made it’s going to acually be 28. Then when i see the donuts they didn’t even put any effort into making good designs. Literally they just printer the pictures out of the internet. They also said I could choose 6 different flavors and I only see 3. Do better Humble donuts! I come here every year don’t mess it up.

The donuts were very cute, but I wasn’t the biggest fan of the taste. The donut felt relatively dense, not light and airy like I would expect a donut to be. Plus side, the donuts are fried fresh when you order and were served warm and crispy. The girl working at the counter was very nice and service was good. The place has an interesting concept, but I’d probably go elsewhere for my donut fix.

Today I walked to the store because I have a special request from some one in the hospital the teen that is there tell me they do not have enough dough But they close at 8:30pm and its 6:00pm I drive from the Far east and she tell me to come back tomorrow its sad that this how business runs I am so upset well if anyone what any donuts 🍩 you have to wait 24hrs to get them…. Well at the end I think they don’t want my business I was going to spend 70dll 2 orders of 36 donuts in total well I left 😡 Super disappointed
