Be aware of closing hours, They have a sign that they closed at 10pm but they will stop serving ice cream at 9:30 pm they only offer drinks after 9:30 pm

For me this is so mid. Rolled ice cream isn't real ice cream. They don't have any decent flavors. No nuts, no chips, it's ice cream for people who don't like ice cream.

Took my wife to get some boba. My wife ended up standing in line for 20 minutes. Just so the couple behind her could get helped out. My wife did explain to the lady doing the ice cream. The lady doing the ice cream mentioned that the other girl could help her awful service would not recommend to anybody. One start for sure so sad to say, will take my business elsewhere.
If it is so that they are new employees how would you have 2 new employees to close and besides me going back on the same day and Isabel was cross contaminating while beimg on her phone using a rag to clean and still putting on gloves without washing hand I do believe we should talk instead of apologizing there is much more to be said I would prefer to keep it professional and preffer to have you contact me please. Want to give you the chance Thank you.

This place was really delicious rolled ice cream. Very clean and nice environment! I liked the friendly decor! Only thing I had an issue was, I said hello to the employee, there was no one in there and it was just the start of the day, but she didn’t say very much, but other than “ how can I help you”. No smile or anything. I also said thank you when she gave me my ice cream and still nothing. Just need a little better customer service needed.

Absolutely delicious!! The ice cream was amazing I highly recommend coming here for a quick treat. The staff was incredible kind and patient with us when we were ordering. The restaurant was very clean and had plenty of space to sit down and eat. Additionally the restrooms were also very clean inside

Worst customer service ever, right when we walked in he instantly rolled his eyes clearly showing he didn’t want to work, he was rude when placing our order and tossed our icecream on the table . It was a very unwelcoming establishment.

The flavors were ok, not the best for me, but the service was exceptional. The outdoor patio was small but comfortable and we had our dog with us.
Oddly enough, we found the jazz music was inconsistent with the environment. The mix of barn table, oddly covered couch and the bright white and asian marketing colors (origin of franchise is Thai) was conflicting. A bit more attention to the decor could really improve the place. I did like the oblong patio tables.
