This place is never open. Was great the 1st and only time we were able to go inside. We've tried multiple times to go back but they're always closed. Hours don't seem to match what is posted online.

The bottle-blonde dude with tattoos has just about the worst manners I've seen in a service worker. Incredibly rude and disrespectful to customers and acts like delivery people are trying to scam him or something.

Ice cream was great, reasonable priced, my only complaint was it was really warm/stuffy in the location, which made it a little difficult to enjoy the treat, but I would definitely go again!

Great little shop. This location has popping boba which I prefer over tapioca. They also serve ice cream which I didn’t try on this visit. When you definitely get a large because I finished my medium and really wished I had more it was that good haha. I got the Mango Green Tea which wasn’t overly sweet for my taste buds with mango popping boba. I really enjoyed it. The customer service was kind and prompt. I was greeted as soon as I entered and enjoyed the overall aesthetic of the store. Give it a try you won’t be disappointed.

I do my laundry nearby and in the middle of a hot and sweaty laundry sesh I love to mosey on down to Ice y Pan for a cold smoothie or boba drink. It's the perfect compliment to a hot day. They have ice cream and Sundays if you prefer. Many different boba drinks. The brown sugar milk tea with their homemade boba is so so good. The taro smoothie is the perfect sweetness and really cools you down. This little place is a gem. Give it a try.

I had never been here before but I wanted to try it. When I walked in there was 3 girl there and NONE of them greeted. They were so unfriendly and did not offer help as I was looking at the menu right in front of them. I ended up leaving the place with nothing. This happened yesterday around 7:30pm.
