I love IHOP ❤️, had a small incident one time we went very late at night, but nothing that made me not want to go back, I do want to add the last time we were there, it was very packed and it was one of the best service we had ever had there, the manager had everything under control, we waited to be seated like 15 min, as so as we got seated they took out order and our food was brought out quickly with no issues.. great teamwork 👏🏼🥞😋

I usually enjoy IHOP, but this visit was honestly disappointing. The girl at the front taking orders — the one with the piercings — had a really unprofessional attitude. She seemed annoyed just taking my order and acted like I was bothering her by asking simple questions. No greeting, no smile, just rushed and rude.
The service overall felt sloppy and unorganized, and it set a really bad tone for the whole experience. IHOP needs to work on customer service, especially at the front where first impressions are made. I hope management addresses this, because this location has definitely gone downhill. Just to add the piercing look horrible for being at the front. Find someone better.
