We never got served the skeleton crew with a female greeter host just looked at us when we came into the lobby on April 5 2024 around midnight, she looked right at us at went to the kitchen and never came out for 15 minutes with only 3 other customers in the restaurant.

Worst service ever. I ordered breakfast with Uber eats and I canceled it after more than an hour waiting. Contacted driver and keep saying it will take 10 mire minutes. Contacted Ihop and keep saying 10 more minutes.

I went at around 9 pm. We were waiting for about 30 minutes to be seated. After 30 min we approached the server and she simply replied in a bad tone that she was too busy with her current tables. This is not the first time when going at night that I have to wait over 30 min to be seated, today I left but only because the last time I stayed I not only waited to be seated but also had to wait about an hour to order our drinks and food. IHOP really needs to staff their night crew properly.

If you are a breakfast person like myself, ihop is the place to go any time any day..Parking: Lots of parking, just go around and you will find one.Kid-friendliness: They have kids menu, regular tables or booth tables aswell.Wheelchair accessibility: Handicap parking and ramp for accessibility ♿️.

I waited almost 2 hours for a 3 item pickup order. The manager didn’t even bat an eye. EVEN SO they gave me the wrong items and none of the condiments described on the menu and mostly subpar or incomplete items. Don’t even bother.
