Took my family to eat at this location on a Thursday around 1 pm. First, there was 2 hostess with horrible attitude. Stomping and rolling their eyes everywhere they went. Then when we were getting sat dirty tables EVERYWHERE mind you it was not busy. Service was whatever until our server starts arguing with another server about the seating. She was taking our order completely ignoring us to argue with the other server. It was just beyond disrespectful. We got the T-bone and eggs, meat was ask to be medium rare and over easy eggs. Eggs were very greasy we could see the black oil in them while the T-bone was not even rare it was just uncooked. This place has horrible staff and food. The place it’s self it’s not a very pleasant atmosphere. Recommend going couple of streets down to Buttersmith for better EVERYTHING.

It's a good and easy food that is still processed not as bad as fast food. But slightly better than fast food. This is a family place to eat for sure 😀. The food is okay not great but good enough. The Service is great. The atmosphere is family oriented.

Placed pickup order, my pancakes were not what i ordered and steak was overcooked for both orders. I called to speak to employee and was greeted rude and said she can not help me because she was “busy”. food was bad experience and so was costumer service. 0/10

Visited again today 3/4/25 National pancake day! Oh my! We had the nicest server "Vincent" The service was excellent! His. Personality is very welcoming and accomodating. I didn't take a picture of the food. It was so appealing to my eye and I immediately dug into my food! Hot and tasty coffee, and breakfast! Wow...we were even offered coffee to go! Thank you Vincent!

Don't pay attention to the rating. I didn't go in. Even though the first time I was there it wasn't pleasant. May because it was a Sunday. But after reading other reviews I wonder.
Literally EVERY single time I order Togo, my order is wrong. I have to open my order at the restaurant, and the pancakes are always missing the sauces or at least one thing is missing. I never write bad reviews but this is getting out of hand. This time I ordered via uber eats because I couldn’t go get it myself, and my order has no strawberries for the pancakes, no icing for my daughter’s cupcake pancake, no silverware or syrup or condiments. I can let accidents happen every once in a while but seriously, we’re all eating plain pancakes when we paid extra for special ones.
