I went yesterday 3/9/25 my hash browns were cold my eggs over easy for undercooked and slimy. The only thing that was cooked correctly and tasted good with my French toast. The service was great the atmosphere was very nice the restaurant was very clean too bad their food wasn't any better. After spending 40 bucks for two breakfasts will probably not go back again

Our server was amazing. But everyone else were there like zombies. There was only 4 tables with customers and out order took a long while to come out. Chicken was dry. Fries didn't seem they weren't cooked fully. I won't go back. First and last time.

The service my mom and i received today during lunch was not the best. Our waiter whose name I believe is Jaime, as it was on the receipt, did not provide the best customer service. During our lunch, he was very rushed and seemed to want to get us in and out. He took our order, we ate but not once did he come and check on us compared to the way he checked on his 2 other tables next to us. He would go to their tables and ask if they needed something else but with my mom and i, he would simply pass by and look at us without any service. The only time he would ask us is when he brought us our food and our first drinks we started with, never in-between. we finished our food and waited for him to ask us if we wanted anything else because we wanted to order pancakes for dessert but instead he just came with the receipt when we didn’t ask for it. so my mom told him we still were going to order more and he was kind of surprised and said “oh you’re not ready?” if he had bothered to ask us questions during our meal he would’ve known we weren’t. as well as i had finished my drink that i had and i wanted a water instead of a refill but he brought a refill and slammed it on the table. Since he hadn’t come to check on us i had no opportunity to ask for a water before that refill. we got our pancakes and when we were ready to check out he didn’t have the best attitude and felt that we were being rushed out. he checked his other tables with respect but with my mom and i, he was very different. in-between finishing our meals, we had to wait quite a while for him to come to us, when it wasn’t even that busy. definitely won’t be going back to this location. it also appeared that when my mom told him we weren’t finished and he went to place our pancake order, he seemed to whisper something to his coworker because she looked back at us after he said something and we were right near where they entered the orders.

Norma was our server today, unfortunately we were unsatisfied with her service; and unwelcoming energy. Norma greeted us with an emotionless attitude, and her unsympathetic hospitality to do her part. I unfortunately waited 15-20min until i unwilling had to ask another server for items, catching her attention was unreasonable for how moderate business was. Norma failed to acknowledge my other guest at my table to see how everything came out with their food or even offering another beverage. Norma failed to provide information on the menu, or encourage upselling. Unfortunately i do believe her service is not always like this so to observing from other server’s services. Norma’s passionless uninterested attitude towards our table today was upsetting i will not be coming back.

Just came from there today to have breakfast went to use the restroom before I left. I had seen workers Doing their business's. One of the workers did not wash his hands and just walked right out very unprofessional and Unsanitary.
My cousin just came into town for Christmas and we were craving breakfast so they pick ihop we waited for our server to come 20 mins late nothing we ask for a booth host looked annoyed I wouldn’t recommend this ihop everyone talking to one another no help from any server they don’t care

Clean atmosphere. Server did her best. Food was cold smh. Condiments need to be cleaner as you can see in my evidence. From the latest reviews it looks like this business needs some reorganizing or some corporate attention. Hope they get better so I can return.

We went in around 2p. There were only around 5 tables seated. The waitress had attitude from the very beginning. The food came out cold. The waitress gave us the ticket and told us she'd cash us out, but then went to talk to her coworkers clean off a table, went to the back. When I finally got tired of waiting I went to the front just to be ignored by everyone else working there. The waitress finally came out saw us at the front and with attitude and not saying a word grabbed the receipt and card and walked away. This use to be a good location but I doubt I will return.
