Excellent sever. Made sure we had everything we needed plenty of coffee and creamer, sugar too. I liked my country fried steak and gravy with hash browns two eggs pancakes and sausage 😋 my daughter had the cream cheese pancakes 🥞 her boyfriend had pancakes with everything on it. Not sure which ones they were but it looked very delicious 😋

The restaurant was completely empty so we figured our food would be out quickly. Well it took over 30 minutes to get our food and it was cold. Then we had to wait another 10 minutes to get my grandsons burger which he said was tasteless. My Hashbrowns were so cold that the butter had already started to solidify. Plus our server got my order wrong. Terrible service!

I walked into IHop on Montwood and Joe Battle in what seemed to be a shift change. I felt ignored and slightly miffed at the lack of attention. Jonathan S was assigned as my server. He did an outstanding job. He was courteous, friendly, knowledgeable, and paid close attention to my needs. He truly represents the quality of service that any organization should strive for in customer service!
