Food and service were great. When I walked in, I noticed the tables already had wrapped silverware at each place setting. I feel it looks like a fast food, mom-and-pop place; that the service might be at a less upstanding standard. The hostess had to remove the additional silverware, which is handling it at least 4 times (rolling, placing, removing, and placing on another table) resulting in more germs transference. Unhappy with new set up

6/24. Ordered Bacon Avocado eggs Benedict, they were luke warm at best and everything was very salty. I ordered my potatoes extra crispy, they werent. My mother's order of strawberry and banana pancakes was good. Took a while to get our bill so we could leave. Server checked on us once during our visit.

I have worked customer service at a restaurant before and I understand when it’s busy, but it doesn’t give no reason for the food to come out so super late and extremely cold. Nothing was good I will never come back again to this location

It was IHOP 😁 I don't think you can go wrong with IHOP. We were a large group, many small children and our server was super kind and quick.

We hadn't been to Ihop in a hot minute and I remember why now. Went for an early breakfast with my husband, his cousin and wife, and I was beyond disappointed. We walked in and the server walked into the kitchen. It took a few minutes to even be acknowledged. Mind you, there was only one other table in the entire restaurant seated. My cousin was served his coffee as the rest of us returned from the restroom. 10 min later, no sign of our waitress and I had to get up and ask the other server (who was sitting down with his table chatting) if he could please get us some mugs for our coffee. He seemed annoyed, but got up and took our mugs. The waitress then came and took our order. It took almost 50 minutes for our food to arrive. Mediocre to say the least. Overall, bad experience. Service was terrible. Our waitress was not attentive at all. She seemed more interested in staying in the kitchen to hang out instead of attending to us. The food was warm-cold and had no taste. IHOP used to be good at all hours. The packed house years back speaks for itself. Now, it being super dead at that time says it all. We spent almost 2 hours there which is ridiculous for it being so dead. Night crew & night management needs some work.
