WHOA. what happened? Food here was amazing, now it is salty, greasy and just poor. The smash burger here actually tasted like someone in the kitchen hates me. Why do you hate customers?

The atmosphere is cozy yet stylish, perfect for any occasion. The staff was attentive, and I have to give a special shoutout to Inaki, the General Manager, for ensuring everything ran smoothly and making us feel so welcome. His professionalism and friendly approach really elevated the experience.

The food was good! Waitress was so nice and checked on us very often ! The manager Rene was AMAZING, met us in the parking lot, cleaned off chairs outside and made the experience so comfortable for us !

Me and my partner went to this location last night wanting to grab a bit to eat before our evening plans.
We were seated right away as it was not busy at all. I want to mention it was so dim that we had to use our phone flashlight to look at the menu and I don’t have a problem with my eyesight.
We placed our order and it took 45 minutes to get our food!!! Our order was 2 burgers lettuce wrapped. There was 2 other tables there is no reason why it would take so long.
Our server Jordan brought out one burger and said she would be back than brought a completely different table their food.
When I got my burger it had a bun and not lettuce wrapped I was already so frustrated that I didn’t want to wait another 20 minutes for it to be corrected.
Both servers were so consumed with the guy at the bar instead of checking on tables. Really turned a place that I used to enjoy to somewhere I will never go to again.
Really need to train people and give good customer service. Do better!!!!

Dined in and the food was good as usual. Ordered the green chicken and waffles to go for our son and the to go food was not edible. The chicken was overcooked by at least 5 minutes and I'm assuming the cheese stuffed inside cooked out. Going to check out to go food before leaving if dining here again.

I’m never one to leave negative reviews, just think that this type of situation calls for a review. I hope this brings awareness to their lack of cleanliness. The inconsistency with how their food comes out. ?

Went for lunch today with my husband, ordered an appetizer. My meal was Buffalo boneless wings, as I grabbed my first wing to eat. There was a hair, showed it to the server and she came back to say they were re making them. Great, thanks so much. Asked her if she could please have them boxed once they were ready because I had an appointment to get to. Wings were ready, manager was bringing them to the table. Server advised him they were to go. He went back to the kitchen and they were then boxed.
Get to my office, open my box of packaged boneless wings.
Grab my first wing, THERES A HAIR!!! Immediately thought, really? Was this maybe on purpose. Then thought, no don’t think that way. So I send my husband a photo and tell him there’s a hair in my wings that they remade.
He said oh wow, yeah that had to have been on purpose. How does that happen?
Keep in mind when the first hair was found and I brought it to my servers attention, I didn’t ask for a discount, I didn’t ask for them to not remake them, although I had to leave and get to my appointment. I didn’t ask them to remove the cost of them. I paid for my bill. I notice they gave me a -6 discount, thank you for that. Just it happening again to the remake, meant I didn’t get to eat food for lunch. I brought them home, and I will attach the photos for proof, with time stamp.

Was ok, I got the hashstack scrambled. It wasn't scrambled, was told it was the only one that didn't come scrambled. It apparently is the only scramble that doesn't come with a tortilla even though on the menu it says all scrambled comes with a tortilla. The food and service seemed to go down since the last time I came. Which was almost a year ago

Ordered a scramble that WASN'T SCRAMBLED. Menu says "All scrambles served with flour or corn tortilla"... guess what I didn't have?? A TORTILLA!! Asked the waitress and she said "Oh, this one doesn't come with one" smh. SO WHY DOES IT SAY ALL SCRAMBLES?!?! Forgot to give us utensils, pancakes came out about 5 mins before we were ready to leave. Waitress wasn't attentive at all; was out of water for a good little bit before she even came back to the table. Not going again!!!

Service was poor as I had to keep asking for coffee refills. The chilaquiles were so spicy I could only eat half of my meal. They were delicious but ouch!!
