Cookies taste great but nowhere near the price you pay for them. They are large but still over priced, good for a first time try but I can't see us doing frequent visits.

Service was unwelcoming. The girl working the counter on the weekend after 10 p.m. didn’t seem like she wanted to be there. If you have a tip jar then have a good attitude. Cookies are small for the price. The Chocolate chunk cookie was anything but that, it had two morsels and tasted like a bad sugar cookie. S’mores cookie was good. We will NOT be back.

These cookies come out warm, soft, and gooey. These are some of the best cookies in El Paso. If you're not sure what to get, I would recommend getting a box of 12 cookies so you can try the many flavors they carry. You won't be disappointed.

Cookies are pretty good. A bit pricey but nowadays everything is pricey. I was not greeted when I entered waited a few minutes to get helped and the guy was not rude but not friendly. He looked annoyed. Wouldn’t return to this place.

First off, the gentleman who attended us had very long unkept hair and with no hairnet which was not good, the service was under par, we will return, just heads up, do better w the service
Uphold the brand or close it down. 10/2/24 around 430p only one worker was in the back asleep. I thought he was de@d bc I yelled many times with no response. In Memphis there are at least 2-3 workers at all hours. Quality service plus food. My dad had to go physically to the back and touch him twice for him to wake up. I almost called 911. Service is not up to insomnia standards bc several other occasions they move slow? Don’t care? Idk what the issue is but I’m from Memphis tn. We have 2 insomnias and the service and cookies is always great.

Ordered delivery ten minutes before cut off. Paid $1.00 extra for two limited cookies and they weren't included in my order. I don't mind though because the cookies in general were delicious.

Drove twice this past weekend from the East side, and both times it was closed. The second time we saw a huge lock ? on the door! What's going on, are you out of business? Website stated it was open. This was frustrating!
