Cookies are good. They were out of ice cream at 10pm when open until 1am. Definitely lacks hospitality and had horrible customer service.

Great service but the cookie was soooooo small, I went to insomnia cookies specifically for the vegan options and it was disappointing, just save your money

The leadership here must be terrible, the employees are super grouchy. You shouldn’t be grouchy if selling cookies.

Kaitlyn was the best cookie rep I’ve ever had while going to this shop. She was so helpful and even got me to join rewards right then and there which helped me get a free cookie and lower costs on original price. Her service made my cookies taste even better. The usual employees are always so bleh and drained. She was amazing!! My experience today was so great!

I came in tonight for the first time, I’ve heard good things about this place and had high expectations. I walked in and it was packed so I figured I would pick quick what I wanted while in line to not make anyone wait, I was next and went to ask for a cookie ice cream sandwich, I asked for cookies and cream ice cream when the guy at the register angerly said “havent you heard me I keep telling everyone we don’t have any” my partner then said she wouldn’t have asked if she heard. I then just picked whatever thinking you know what maybe this guy is having a bad day, still doesn’t make it right to say something like that to someone just trying to place an order.

The guy that works there is not interested in selling. Gets upset if we take 1 min to decide what we want. They should hire motivated people. The cookies are great.

My wife and I were very excited to visit Insomnia Cookies because of several recommendations from friends. When we walked in on September 23rd around 8 pm, the first thing we noticed was that the employee (the man with a long hair ) didn’t even greet us when we said good evening. We overlooked that, and when my wife asked the employee for a recommendation, since it was our first time and we didn’t know the menu, he just said, “well, we have cookies and ice cream,” in a rather rude tone of voice.

Then, when my wife tried to ask again about the ice cream flavors, he walked away to the back of the kitchen, leaving her talking to herself. She and I just looked at each other, confused, and waited for him to return—about three minutes later. When he finally asked what we were going to order, my wife explained that she only wanted his recommendation again, and he suddenly started speaking very quickly. We noticed that he realized English was our second language, and he intentionally spoke faster so that we wouldn’t understand. He was very rude, and his discriminatory attitude really surprised us. What made the situation even worse was that he looked Hispanic like us.

We don’t believe these are the values Insomnia Cookies would want to reflect. We also don’t believe El Paso, Texas, is a city that should be known for discrimination. The employee was extremely rude, and as we spoke to him, he would deliberately talk faster to keep us from understanding. He made our experience very difficult and uncomfortable.

When we finally ordered something, it wasn’t even what we really wanted—we only ordered under pressure because of how impolite he was. And when he was preparing it, he did so with obvious reluctance. It is definitely hard to want to return to a place like this. Nowhere else in El Paso, Texas, had ever treated us this way. It’s unbelievable .

You please need to hire better people wit better skills for customer service !

Cookies are okay at best. I've been in a couple times now. Last time I went in it was late. I told the boy at the counter I needed a minute to decide so he went to the back and disappeared for over 15 minutes, not even exaggerating. I peeked in the back to see him and his coworker watching TV on a phone and I had to call out multiple times to get them to help me. Everyone has off days so I tried them again this week a bit earlier in the day. Only to show up to the manager yelling at the employee for not being timely to his shift. The manager then left the employee to help us which he was very rude and unhelpful as he had just been yelled at right in front of us. If I'm paying 15 dollars for mediocre cookies at least give me good service. I honestly wouldn't waste my time with this place unless you've got alot of it to waste. The cookies taste like those pre-made Pillsbury bake at home ones anyway, so buy yourself a package of those and save some time, money and annoyance!!
