their cookies and ice cream are good i'll give them that, but their service is literally awful, lazy workers cancelled my order as soon as it hit 3 when i had literally put my order in at 1:30 ??? like be serious, you are working there and that is quite literally your job.

We’re big fans of the product, not the service. I’m a business owner and I would never allow my employees to speak to customers like this place . We literally drive across town to get service like this . It’s unacceptable. The young lady (tattooed and has dread locks )in the front has been horrible . They need to remove her from front .
