We ordered last night and not only were we shorted wings but the taste was awful. We’re so used to having a good experience at Chili’s, the restaurant these guys work out of we thought the taste would be okay. We were so wrong. We got Buffalo and Garlic Parmesan, and the taste was so off. Not totally inedible, but we had ordered saucy nuggets at Wendy’s last week and those were better taste wise for the sauces in comparison. Disappointed and wouldn’t try again.

Price is good wings are really big undercooked their sauces suck and don't stick to the wings whatsoever. I've tried them multiple times and it's always the same watery soggy chicken wings

ordered a 32 piece and were not disappointed! got Nashville hot and santa fe. Nashville wasn't very hot but still tasty. wings were great size and cooked perfectly. so juicy. fries also good. just needed a tad more seasoning. 8 out of 10 will order again!

Nasty chicken nuggets and didn't get my fries. Tasted like they were fried a few days ago and in used grease where other food was fried.

*ON THE ROAD IN EL PASO TX Chili's Grill & Bar Saturday Oct 14th TO HELL WITH THIS CRAP RESTAURANT Terrible Restaurant we decided to give CHILI'S another chance ... HUGE HUGE Mistake ..I mentioned it was my 65th birthday and how we had to Be traveling on My birthday for a family funeral, So a Sad rough day already, the staff acted like SO WHAT which got under my skin in the first place. Well They took our order and I asked for a pitcher of Water so I could rehydrate after a long drive, they brought glasses. Terrible service, terrible attitude. DIS COURTESY WILL ALWAYS BE REWARDED AS EXPECTED. Overall Pretty disappointed, Would have been nice to have A wait staff that listens and is attentive like many other Restaurants we have been to, a happy birthday after mentioning it was my 65th birthday would have been courteous and nice, But No that would have been to difficult for this staff (even though I have seen other restaurants even other Chilis make birthdays a big deal. But just to Put it out there The Waiter would have gotten Good Big tip if he would have acknowledged my birthday instead of the 2.00 he got instead. Plus the dam floors around & under our booth were filthy, spilled soda the whole night my shoes were sticking to the floor WTF, Table had sticky areas as well, I mentioned that to the manager as she came by and she still never cleaned up the mess. Food was bad, Chili tasted burned, JUST OVERALL NOT A GOOD EXPERIENCE, NEVER EVER WILL I STEP IN THAT CRAP RESTAURANT AGAIN EVER...OR ANY CHILIS AFTER THIS

ordered door dash showed up on time but was garage food first of all my coke looked like sweet tea tastes like watered down coke with tea idk and my 11 wings were barely warm and were dry when I ordered it with mango habanero barely and sauce my curly fries were cold and soggy. never eating or ordering this again. was my first and last time. I would like my 20$ refund

Horrible experience! Ordered wings off their website. DoorDash cancelled our order and they just keep blaming each other and no one is refunding our money.
Just horrible! You could barely eat the wings. Overcooked and very tough. No flavor at all. The fries were like the bottom of the bag because they were in pieces. The food wasn't even hot. No!!!!

the frys were sweet? and not in a good way and the Lemmon pepper wings have way to much on them its like dropping a vat of salt right into your mouth straight overkill. I couldn't eat them. 40 bucks down the drain
