Our tacos were filled lazily and I have never had a teriyaki bowl this empty in my life. Also missing some items from our order. It’s too early in the night to be this sloppy 👎🏻

I live on the same block so visit 2-3 a week, I like the food. However, after my experience today, I will no longer be able to continue supporting this location. I placed an order for pick up on their app. When I walked in to get it, they told me that it had already been picked up. Mistakes happen, I get it. No big deal, just remake the order and that’s that. They did remake my order after I showed Adrianna, the manger, the order on my phone. Her attitude was very rude, confrontational and unprofessional. She really hesitated to remake the order even after I proved it was mine. She actually embarrassed me, I felt like I was trying to get free food or something. Customer service is a skill that she unfortunately does not possess.

So disappointed in this location. It took 12 minutes to get my food. And when I opened it, my patty was cold! Plus they don’t serve the Powerade selection as before, the blue one they have taste like dish washing soap.

The chicken bowl with an egg roll is delicious. My daughter had the tacos and they are great! The service was a little slow but the people were nice to us. Thank you!

I paid $17 for crap, I asked for bbq and ketchup sauce and was given ranch and hot taco sauce. On top of that, service was awful and burgers were not prepared as shown . Very disappointed , never coming back.
